Love the new look at the place I haven't been able to get in there for sometime very surprised and I'll clean and bright everything looks the response was quick and very helpful.
Very helpful and kind, I love it when I walk in the door and I'm greeted with a smile and they remember my name by saying 'Hi Rusty what do you need today' that's a good feeling.

My dad brought back a 10 foot board because it was 10 3/4 inches and the edge was cut like it was cut with a butter knife and you all fought him, saying you always have to trim boards off.

My dad brought back a 10 foot board because it was 10 3/4 inches and the edge was cut like it was cut with a butter knife and you all fought him, saying you always have to trim boards off……. My dad is 74 and has done lots of carpenter work in his 74 years, he has never, and we have never ever had to trim extra wood off a board! If you buy a 10 foot board, guess what!? It’s a 10 foot board! The jagged edge when trimmed off, would have made it less than a 10 foot board! He had bought lots of lumber from you measuring 10 feet, you wouldn’t take that one back?!?! You are laughable and Ridiculous! We will drive to Grand Forks from now on for all our lumber needs!!!
