Freddy and his team have been lifesavers for us and our 100+ year old slate roofed house. We have had Freddy address several issues we’ve encountered with our roof over the last few years, from replacing slate tiles and dormer windows to installing copper flashing/window wells/snow guards, during which Freddy has been reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Freddy has even installed a new storm door, corrected existing gutters eradicating any basement flooding, and did excellent work on our chimney! I cannot recommend Freddy enough - we are so thankful for his expertise!

Freddy Leon and his crew have been instrumental in keeping our house dry, wind proofed and safe. We have used him for multiple projects over many years, but the most recent was just last month. A section of the house built in 1994 needed a full roof replacement. Freddy not only did the job but upgraded all of the flashing around the chimney and the skylights (8). The job site was always spotless and the work was completed on-time and under quotation. You might find a company that will do it cheaper, but that what you'll get a cheap substitute for Freddy's first class work!

Freddy and his assistant have completed a number of projects at our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Careful planning and attention to detail are evident in everything they do. Freddy is both an ingenious problem solver and a skilled craftsman; form AND function!

We had slate roof and chimney repointing work done by Freddy over twenty years ago and just last month I needed some attention and work to my roof. Freddy and his team came back to resolve my issues last month and now I have confidence that my slate roof will continue to look amazing and be in good shape for many years to come. Freddy will come back in the Spring and continue to do more work, installing copper snow guards. The old guards were not installed properly. No worries this time around! I will also be considering leaf guards for the copper gutters. Don't waste your money on someone that doesn't know what they are doing! Get it done right the first time with Leon Restoration! Third time’s a charm they say. Or maybe it’s expertise because after yesterday’s torrential rains our front gutters worked beautifully. Two other contractors tried before, but Freddy Leon fixed it.

We just had our roof replaced by Freddy,which included rebuilding a portion of both chimneys with new copper flashing and matching mortar,the replacement of damaged cedar siding,newly painted to perfectly match the faded siding and to many other elements to list.Freddy showed us plctures of the work in progress.I rarely use the words “superbly done” but in this instances they apply.Freddy and his team worked hard to ensure that we got the quality job promised.

Freddy - is honest and reliable. He did significant repairs to our deckhouse roof. He replaced the roof and structural support elements of the roof in late 2015. We have since used him again to do more work replacing our windows in 2017. The roof has not leaked since he replaced it, and really makes the house look better. His workers are courteous and leave the job site neat and clean.

Fred Leon is a great problem solver. He and his team do excellent work and are curteous and keep a cleam work site. A+

house required a new roof, a good friend highly recommended him.We still have that roof, and Freddy has continued to do work on our house,

Freddy is very knowledgable at all aspects of home maintenance and repair, not only roofs. He knows carpentry, masonry, welding, you name it. Very neat, trustworthy and a great problem solver for any home project. I highly recommend him.

Freddy Leon is a very reliable contractor who has done numerous projects for me including replacing my roof, installing new skylights when the old ones leaked, putting in a new front walk and landing and countless other projects requiring either new work or repairs of existing structures. I can always count on his work to be well executed and meticulous and his employees are neat and careful.

I had an emergency roof problem and called several roofers. One guy said he would come out and never showed up. A neighbor saw me waiting in the driveway for an hour. He asked why I was just standing there. I told him i was waiting for a roofer, who never showed. He gave me the name of Leon Restoration. The owner returned my call immediately and said he was very busy but would make it a point to stop by and look at my problem that night. Well he showed up as he said he would and he told me the problem was not as bad as I thought it was. He fit me into his busy schedule that same week at a very fair price. Would I recommend him - hell yes.
