It used to be more locally owned. The folks that work there are friendly and willing to help most days. Prices and policies are getting ridiculous. But when you own everything in multiple states, you can be however you want. Materials are fine, concrete is good. Every 3 months we get another letter telling us about price increases. There is another batch plant in town that is a good option. Attached picture is where our checks get sent. Nothing local about an LA lockbox.
Picked up some small gravel for a friend. Very helpful and friendly folks here. They'll talk you through the whole process.
