Mr. Musa came out to help with our AC unit, and he is the most kind polite and considerate Service person I have ever dealt with. I appreciate him explaining things to us so we understand and making sure every thing is good, clean and cooling before he leaves! He look at our AC unit for the second year in a row we have had trouble on these really hot days and the AC had stopped working and I could not be happier after 3 days no AC! Thank y’all so much!

Did job well, didn't have to wait for service. Just wished the replacement of the thermostat was the same, programmable one, like the one that was there. But still was happy to heat again since we lost it during a cold snap. Thank you.

Musa came out and looked at our AC in July. It was extremely hot and the house was at 80° with it being on 72°. He came in and examined everything, from the unit and the wall unit to the attic crawlspace. He explained to us what the issue was and solutions for fixing it. While most people would tell you that you need a new unit to get you to spend money, Musa let us know all that we could do instead of buying a new unit because nothing was wrong with our unit. The issue was the house. I truly appreciate his knowledge and his suggestions. He was very respectful and professional. I would gladly have LCB send him back out if we needed anything else related to our AC unit.

My experience was awesome. They gave me a fast appointment. My air conditioning was down for 10 days. In the middle of 99 degree weather. Another company came out and put Freon in the unit. The unit stopped working within 3 hours. They told my home warranty the unit needed extensive repairs. LCB sent Musa the technician to my home. It was like an angel came in. Within 30 minutes my AC was working. He was so thorough. So professional and just a beautiful spirit. He explained everything to me. My unit has been running wonderful since. I highly recommend this company and Musa.

They were hired through my home warranty service. Fast response service date. Great communication as to when technician would arrive. On July 16th an angel worked through my door. the Technician Musa arrived early. He was very nice and very respectful to me and property. He had my AC up and running quickly. I had been without my AC for 10 days. The last company told the warranty company I needed a new unit, charged me $250 to put Freon in the unit. The unit only worked for 3 hours after they left. I had to fight to get a new company assigned for a second opinion. I am so grateful and highly recommend this company, especially Musa.

Musa was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was as soon as he arrived. He was nice and had great customer service. What i didn’t care for was getting scheduled for an appointment without being contacted first. I was also told when I called for an earlier appointment that I would have to pay extra on top of my service fee. I did not agree with that since me having no A/C in 90 degree weather was an emergency to me so asking for something sooner than I was scheduled for should not require me to pay more money. Overall they rescheduled my appointment, and the service was completed. Thank you Musa!

These guys were referred to me by a friend, and after going to their office and personally meeting the owner, I was impressed with their professionalism. We had very complex electrical issues that needed fixed which other companies had turned down, and they did the work in one day! So glad I found them and gladly would recommend to friends

Asked for a 30m courtesy call, received a text. Tech arrived maybe 15-20m after text. I was enroute and asked could he give me about 10m, he replied yes no problem. I arrived home and he was gone. If it was a problem waiting, why not say then when I asked could you wait. I got off early to meet him.

This company was assigned to me by 210 Home Warranty. Our furnace wasn’t responding to the thermostat and it either wouldn’t come on at all, or would shut off shortly after coming on. The technician that came out was nice enough, but improperly diagnosed the issue. He said the furnace was essentially “stifled” by my filter, and recommended removing it, but when I called the company that originally installed the system (which is what I should’ve done first I admit), they said it was the result of a clogged, saggy flue pipe. The LCB tech made no mention of that, said everything was fine and still collected my service fee.

A fair rating only because the company was polite and responsive, but docking two stars for an improperly diagnosed issue and the collection of a service fee.

Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not responsive. They set appointments without contacting the customer, when you call to try and reschedule they don't answer their phone and don't return/reply to messages. Technician comes out and says there's 2 things wrong and he'll be back. More than 24 hrs later, still no sign of him and he's reported to the home warranty company that there are about 7 things that need to be fixed/modified. So now the home warranty company wants to charge the customer over 3k to fix the AC unit. I wouldn't even recommend this company to fix heating and air in a dog house!!! The only reason they get one star is because I couldn't figure out how to give them no stars!!!!!!

Musa is the best technician. He came out to diagnose my A/C and told us that he could repair it. We had another company try to charge us almost $8000 for a whole new unit. Musa fixed it in under 30 minutes and it runs perfectly. He deserves a raise for his hard work and expertise. Thank you so much!!!

Impossible to get ahold of. I have called on three occasions now and got sent to voice mail. Tried at different times of day. My home warranty company contracted them almost 2 weeks ago and no communication whatsoever. My kids couldn’t even sleep in their rooms because the upstairs ac unit isn’t working. Horrible excuse for a company

Company came out on a warranty call and tried to charge me for a float switch, code violation, $500 for 6#’s of freon and more. The only thing broken was the evaporation coil which was covered under warranty. They tried to make bank on other things instead of just replacing the coils. I have float switches on both units. The tech only said they needed to replace the coils. Never called me back when items listed were questioned.

Update: Just had Blythewood Heating and Air come out. LCB lied about the drain pipe, float switch, and pan. Lied about the amount of Freon. Lied about a code violation and NCC. Tried to charge me for a unit under AHS warranty for parts not associated with the leaking coils to make an extra surplus of over $850.

Our Heat went out and they came out on Tuesday and no one came before the weekend to repair HVAC unit so we would have Heat. Tried calling over the weekend and voice mail was full not able to receive any messages and No way to contact them after hours or for emergency service! Not professional

Technician was very professional, however, 5 days after fixing the unit, it stopped working completely. I had to submit another work order through my home warranty company and they are giving me an appointment one week out. So I have to go without heat for my upstairs for a problem that I did not cause. I’ve tried reaching the company by phone on numerous occasions and left voicemails, however, nobody answers the phone or return phone calls with this company. Good customer service goes a long way, however, being unresponsive overrides everything. Might have to request another company to work my heating issues. Good luck if you are assigned this company for repairs.

Through our warranty company American home shield we were referred to this company. It took over two weeks and me driving to office to get in touch with someone in office. The technicians were very professional , one in particular musa he is awesome, very professional and knowledgeable, I didn’t want to do a bad review because he was so good. Unfortunately he was not our technician and a drain plug was left off causing water damage to my ceiling and floor. Musa came out fixed it took pictures and referred to management who has not fixed this problem yet . This happened in March , the thing is I know things happen I was not complaining, I just want it fixed . I am very upset now, this is my home , it is very embarrassing to have a bid brown spot in the ceiling.

I was perfer to this company by 210 home warranty.. LCB came out to my home on 7 different times and 2 different technicians 1 claim to be a manger name MR. Henry and I still have no heat. MR.Henry stated he didn't know what was wrong with my unit but he wasn't going to let it beat him and he was going to figure something out. after trying several times to fix my unit he left my home the last time didn't say he was leaving so I called him to ask what happen and did he fix the unit he stated he was still in my area and he was on his way back. Now it's 3 days later no heat and no MR
HENRY...and I paid a 100.00 service fee it's been a month worth of lies with this company and I'm convince they don't know there job.

Our a/c stopped working on July 29, 2020 in 95 degree South Carolina summer heat! I called our home warranty program (American Home Shield) and they contracted Low Country Best Heating and Cooling to fix the problem. Received text from LCBHC with appointment for 8/31/20 between 11:30 to 1:30. Their technician showed up on time and diagnosed the problem to a bad circuit breaker. He went to Lowes to get the parts and was back in less than a hour. He (Musa) replaced the 3 breakers with better ones and that fixed the problem according to him. He told my wife the house would start to cool down. After 3 hours the house didn’t feel that much cooler so we thought that maybe the problem wasn’t fixed after all. My wife called back to Musa, he was still in the area so he came back to make sure everything was working properly. My wife called me while he was there and he answered all questions on the phone. He assured us the a/c system was working but it may take the better part of a day to cool down and lower the inside humidity since we had the windows open. Our house did indeed cool down in about 12 hours. It has stayed at the 75 degrees we set the thermostat to. Thanks to Musa and LCBHC Columbia office for the timely and professional service they provided to us!
