Jonathon Ortega came out to inspect our outdoor heater which had stopped working. After a very thorough search he found the root of the problem and went over and beyond to repair it. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and polite as well.

Saturday service call for power lost in some rooms. Owner of the company came out at 630 pm on a Saturday. Quickly fixed the burnt wire in our panel box and was even nice enough to educate us on the issue and advice using baseboard heaters vs space heaters in bedrooms. Very nice and professional! Would recommend and use again

LEI is a top notch, very professional organization with very knowledgeable staff. Caleb and Justin did very good work as did the the crew that came to assist with the installation of my bathroom exhaust fans. I had a long list of things that needed doing and they tackled the job with no hesitation. I have used this electrical company various times, to rewire outlets, add outlets to my office, also do upgrades to add new machines. They have always been on time, super professional and friendly. Exactly do what they say they are going to do and they clean up after themselves. I don’t have to go back and check on their work. That’s how great they are, which is hard to find these days. I recommend them to anyone in the burlington, Gibsonville or greensboro area. Their prices are also very reasonable.

I will not complain about this company, the service i wanted was for a generator hook up at my rental house, i did not want to pay the price they were asking.

LaTour rerouted some of our electrical, installed a new breaker and outlet, as well as installed an exhaust fan in our older home. Everyone was very professional, great customer service, timely, and very prompt on the day of the appointment. Charles and his assistant did great work and for a reasonable price. All of this was done in under 3 hours. I would highly recommend and would definitely call again.

This is our second time using this company. Our technicians were Johnathan and Colby. They spent thoughtful time diagnosing our issues and educating me on our units. We'll use LaTour again in the future.

No regrets! LaTour did an awesome job for me. I did my due diligence and called three companies for quotes. I had several projects that needed to be done. Not only did Jonathan listen carefully to what I hoped to accomplish, but had great suggestions. One company wanted to cut huge holes in my drywall just to install a ceiling fan. Jonathan’s idea was simple and avoided cutting huge holes in my walls. The other project was more complicated, and there again Jonathan’s ideas were far superior. The crew that came out to do the work were equally professional. Derick, Justine, Chris, and Zach to name a few. The entire crew of workers were very nice, quick and cleaned up the area where they were working. Big or small this is the company you want. You will be happy with no regrets!

Highly recommend LaTour Electric! I called with an HVAC issue and from the time I called until the technician left was a little over an hour! Thats is excellent response time. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, I got a confirmation of appointment email as soon as I was off the phone, I also got a text when the tech was on his was with his credentials and a picture of him. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. They were very fast, and responsive and have exceptional customer service. Details of the work and billing broken down and itemized in the invoice, and their prices are competitive as well. Give them a call!!

Our home was well built in 1932 by the owner/farmer. My wife and I are having a home 'makeover' as to windows, electrical,etc. for energy conservation. . LaTour was changing the main panel and they knew we needed our heat back on. More LaTour vans came as the day lengthened ,to not only get our heat back on but to help Joshua and Mark wrap the job up and get home to their families. Last Winter brought frigid temps and the "death" of our 25 year old Trane furnace! We completed our due diligence and had 3 HVAC companies assess our situation and present viable quotes and options for our needs and budget. We choose LaTour for their professionalism, thoroughness, price and customer service. Jonathon LaTour helped us every step of the way with a fairly big investment for us. Erica, in the office, was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive in facilitating our emails and inquiries as were technicians Christopher and Brandon in the installation and follow up regarding set up of our Wi-Fi thermostat for our new Trane furnace. We are very pleased with all aspects of our interaction with LaTour HVAC and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new furnace, AC unit and/ or repair!

LEI sent a technician to service our AC system. While here the technician let me know he had found a part that was still working but the readings from his tests showed this part was “on its last leg.” He asked to replace it (a $10 part) which would prevent the system going down in a month or so. Had he not informed me, we would have had to pay for additional service call in the future. Great job! Thank you for your professional and efficient work.

Jon and his team have been working on our equipment for many years. John Latour installed 2 units at our house. He did not send in the warranty card. I just had a repair on 1 of the units that would have been covered if he had gone the extra mile and sent in the warranty card. The part was $705.00. Going the extra mile is what separates the 5 stars from the 3 stars and LaTour gets a 3 star on this one. (Kemco in Burlington sends in the warranty cards for the homeowner.)
