I am writing to formally file a serious complaint against your company Build Quality Construction due to unprofessional and negligent conduct by your team.
An internet cable was extended from my window and was functioning perfectly. Without any permission, communication, or warning, someone from your team who was working on the roof cut the cable. This was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I am now being told that I must pay to have it reconnected, which is both unfair and outrageous.
Let me be clear The cable was in good condition.
It was not obstructing any work. It was cut deliberately without even asking or informing me.
This is not how any reputable or professional company should behave. I’m shocked at the lack of communication, responsibility, and basic respect for property. I am demanding the following
A clear explanation for this behavior. Immediate action to fix the damage caused — at no cost to me.
Formal compensation for the inconvenience and service disruption.
I will also be informing others in the community and online. People deserve to know how your company handles customers’ property. Your service is deeply disappointing, and I will strongly advise everyone not to deal with your company.
If I do not receive a response and resolution promptly, I will escalate this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), New Jersey Attorney General, and public consumer platforms.
Had Last Touch Construction clean out our gutters and they did a great job! Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them! It's a little embarrassing how bad we let our gutters get but enjoy the photos of the before and after!
Contracted Last Touch to replace the siding on my house and ended up giving them more work on account of the performance. They stayed on the job until completed, they were reasonable in their pricing and did a wonderful job.
