There were instances when phone calls weren't promptly returned, repairs to leaks were slightly delayed (these leaks occurred after a particularly severe rainstorm accompanied by hail), and most recent was a hail damaged skylight. We considered calling another roofer to manage the skylight but were advised that our 10-year warranty would become void if another roofer intervened. It's been a lengthy duration and the skylight is still cracked and leaking a bit. As we mentioned earlier, we are content with our roof but you may need a bit of patience afterwards. Our hope is that the roof from safeway roofing remains robust for the remaining warranty period.
