Whenever I call to inquire if they have a certain item in stock, it's a pain to ask and get the accurate information I need. The review rating seem way too high compare to the actual experience I get each time I call or visit. It feels like I need to be thankful to them for sharing a few minutes of their time. And I can't even pre order non stock item over email nor phone. You have to be in their shop to be able to place order for an item they don't keep in stock. They don't even want to take time to have me fill out credit card authorization form so order can be quickly processed. Guys working here do not even bother to sell.

Never had any complaint with this company. There are a lot of selections on just about any roofing needs. With the recent unusual amount of rain, I needed to patch the roof until I'm ready to replace it. I called in and asked what would be a good material. The guy who worked there seems to know what he is talking about. The product recommended worked well. So overall there was no complaint. Their warehouse staff seem very friendly as well and every time I go there, they would offer help to load the materials into my vehicle.

The Company I work for spends $100s of thousands of dollars here because they go all out to make you happy with all your roofing needs. Steve and Don are a great combo. I highly recommend this place.
