KRR is a full service contractor with a solid and dependable team. We engaged with them first to deliver some concreting work in our basement after delays with previous contractors.

Nikk and his team really stepped up and delivered for us. We were able to complete the project on time and to a really high spec. Thank you again for all of the great work you do. I know that this summer I was planning to do the pavers in the back yard but my wife wanted a new laundry room and this was a good decision. She loves the new closets and floor tiles. She specially loves the subway tile with the glass tile accent on the wall behind the washer and dryer.

The pavers will have to wait until next summer

February 2023:
I have been using KRR General Contractor for over 6 years. I first used them to do a new patio/pergola with brick columns and stonework and they did such a great job that when I wanted to add a room on top of my garage, they were the first ones that I thought of. The job consisted of removing the old roof, framing the new room, doing the new roof and adding siding. When the town inspector came to do the inspection, he was so impressed with the work that he told me “you better keep this contractor”.

Two years ago, my brother in law wanted to finish his basement and I recommended KRR. The work was done on time and within budget. After the work was finished, my brother in law was so happy that he told me that he should have done it years ago.

This summer I am planning to do a brick fireplace and pavers in the backyard and I will definitely call KRR. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

I had a serious foundation issue that had to be addressed. KRR was recommended, due to the severity of the damage and limited access. Nik arrived promptly at his appointment. His knowledge and experience was evident from the start. He explained all structural issues and what had to be done to correct them. I would highly recommend Nik and KRR.

Several years ago we met and hired Nik to do foundation work on our house and were quite pleased. We found him to be competent, professional and a good communicator. When it came time to replace the deck, we worked with him again and now have a beautiful new deck!

We are selling our 100 year old home. A structural inspection revealed problems with the main support beam.
Per the report - This were the problems and solutions
1. 6x8 Main Beam End Bearing Repair.
Solution: Needed a new grout base, which was professionally done without disturbing a steam pipe drilled by another contractor through the main support beam.
2. 6x8 Main Beam Splice Over Column
Solution: a tie plate was installed on each side of the beam.
3. Adjustable Jack Post Removal and Joist Reinforcing.
Two joists located along the rear of the house are damaged and improperly repaired.
Solution: This was tricky since at least two other contractors had done "repairs" on this section of the house. Krr installed proper joists and also replaced a previous temporary support.

Nik explained in clear terms what he was going to do, then did the work in a professional manner. He left the work area clean.

Great experience with this contracting company! The team fixed my entire foundation under the front of my house. They poured footings, foundation, laid cinder blocks and covered with stucco. Nik was professional, reasonable and punctual. Did a beautiful job! I highly recommend and plan to use again in the future.
