We replaced our roof with Brava’s Spanish barrel “tile” (Mediterranean color) which totally transformed the look of our house. I found Koziatek by going through the back door- first researching products and finding one I really liked, then calling Brava to find a local contractor familiar with installing it. I’ve worked with many contractors over my years of home ownership (lived in 5 houses, all needing major rehab work) and I can honestly say that working with Jennifer Reed was absolutely great. Jennifer came to the job site at least once or twice every day during the installation, checked in regularly with crew, completely on top of what was happening and kept us informed. Superb proactive and responsive communication, she met every ‘bump’ in the road by taking the initiative to problem solve and found satisfying solutions. Great attention to detail. Crew cleaned up each day. One small example- We agonized over the color decision so Jennifer had sample boards made and placed up the on our roof so that we could feel more confident in our decision. Very, very happy with Koziatek- both the process and the outstanding final product. Thank you!

Koziatek Contracting took on a challenging roofing project on our 1870s stone house replacing our wood shake roof with Brava Roofing Tiles. While it was a complex installation, it turned out beautifully! At every stage, their professionalism was impeccable. Koziatek Contracting replaced the shingles and most of the decking on my 3,000 sq ft hip roof with a GAF roofing system (that has a lifetime warranty) and replaced the existing (unsightly) turtle roof vents with a more attractive ridge ventilation system. Their work crew completed the work in 8 ½ hours, which is extremely fast for the amount of work done. At the end of the day, all debris was carefully cleaned up and removed. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done.
