Had a great experience with Hopkins Roofing. The sales staff is knowledgeable and the crew is friendly and efficient. They did a great job on clean up as well. I would recommend them to anybody!

I thought the process was great. The crew that came, the guys were super nice. They were here on time and afterwards asked if I wanted to come and look at it. Everything was smooth!

Roofing a house is a big project, and Hopkins Roofing was great to work with! From the initial phone call, to the completed project, to working with insurance, communication was great! The roof looks great and they cleaned up all the debris from the ground very well too. I was impressed with their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Hopkins Roofing.

Hopkins crew, from start to finish in the estimating, scheduling and installation processes, did a very professional job. They were on time, accurate, thorough, and complete. Especially noteworthy were a couple members of the installation crew who performed the highly detailed work around tough corners and where special slopes met. They took their time to do that work well. Would hire Hopkins again.

I had my roof replaced about a month ago. I have to admit, the quality was great, and the clean-up was extremely poor. The person that I was dealing with said that they would compensate me for it. I have not heard from or received any compensation to this day. I have spent hours picking up debris and nails from my yard since my roof was replaced. I also have had a nail in my lawn mower tire from loose nails in my yard. My insurance adjuster recommended Hopkins Roofing. That's the only reason that I used them. In the future, I will do the research myself and choose a roofer that I chose. All in all, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this review helps someone.

The team at Hopkins did a great job from the beginning to end! From the sale to the clean up. I would highly recommend Hopkins for all your roofing needs.

I received a phone call that said they would be out this afternoon 06/11 and they would call before they showed up. I never received a phone call or text and they were a no call no show. Very unprofessional and I guess they don't want my business. There is plenty of other roofers out there. I would steer clear of this one.

Hopkins Roofing is an incredible company. Their staff was courteous and thorough. They kept us informed and updated daily. We are new store owners and Hopkins roofing donated the roof, gutters, down spouts and warranty to us at a minimal cost. It was more than we could ever imagined! Thank you again Hopkins Roofing.

Big hail storm in May. Checked roof of my office building. Major damage. Asked my son the contractor: Who should I call? Hopkins! Talked to Noah Clayberg. Very professional. Came right out and started the process. Then I asked about moving up to stone coated steel roofing. He said that is an awesome premium product. We set up the work, got on the schedule. They came and knocked it out in three days. Neat, clean, looks fantastic. These people know what they are doing and make it easy from top to bottom. Highly recommend them based on real experience.

I talked to Josh today about a roofing job I need done. The honesty, professionalism, knowledge and treatment I received was truly amazing. They aren't able to do what I need done, but had recommendations for another company, explained why his company couldn't do it, answered some general questions I had and he told me to call him back if I had more questions. THAT is customer service!

I was happy that the process was explained to me about my roof. They finished the job quickly which was positive rather than having work done over multiple days. We're still finding many nails. I figured someone would have used a magnet to pick up nails in the area when the project was finished. The back side of my roof looks great. However, there is a horizontal line of several shingles that still aren't laying flush with my roof. I had a spot on my roof that bowed before my roof replacement. I asked if that could be corrected by Hopkins. I said I would find someone else if it couldn't be fixed. I was assured it would be corrected. Now I think it is worse. I was hoping someone would show up to do a final inspection that I was promised. Nope, no one has showed up. I am frustrated with a company that got stellar reviews from people I knew personally. It is my hope that someone calls and resolves my issues with me sooner rather than later.

Hopkins is the best in the business. Top notch service and even better personal. I spoke with a Billybob VerSteegh, and his knowledge about roofing was unprecedented. I highly recommend Hopkins Roofing for any roof.

I'd have easily given another star had it not been for a lackluster follow-up process. I had to ask for an inspection twice. Could have been a fluke. The quality of the work and speed with which they got the work done, once we chose a color, were both great. I'd recommend them to someone else.

Good up front communication and quoting. Follow up after job was done was a bit less clear ( we weren't quite sure if job was done until dumpster disappeared). Crew was quick, but someone stepped on a spot of roofing cement and tracked it across our sidewalk in front of the house (that stuff does NOT clean from concrete). Overall satisfied with this experience.

Tear off and re shingled in one day. Clean up was great. The group that did the work was very nice and aimed to please. Only issue is getting the leaf guard gutters reinstalled correctly. Promised the issue would be addressed. Pushing 2 months now to get it corrected. Still waiting….

After calling Hopkins, they came out, gave me an estimate and were very professional . Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and completed it in one day. Did a great job including cleaning up.

After having hail damage to my roof, Hopkin’s Roofing did a great job of communicating what the issues were and what to do about them. They were upfront and honest about the job. I appreciate their quick response to the situation and their friendly service!

I was very happy with my service and the professional response of the zhopkins team. They responded quickly to my request for a new roof and got a crew out sooner than I expected. The new roof looked great and they took all the old with them. They also responded easy on text with the salesman Corey and the site manager. Both were easy to speak with. After the roof installed, they followed up on 2 months, checking on my service. When I mentioned I found extra nails clogging my garage gutter, they came out the next day and inspected all the gutters for nails. Highly recommend for the roof replacement and professional service

Hopkins Roofing was great to work with after we encountered some storms in our area. We were unsure if the damage we sustained warranted a new roof, and Hopkins was able to give us an accurate assessment and help us prepare what we needed for the insurance company, including navigating things so we were able to get the highest quality materials for our roof replacement. The roofing crew worked quickly and efficiently, and they were always friendly while on-site at our home. Living in Iowa, you never know what the weather will bring.... We hope we won't need a new roof again anytime soon, but we know who we'll call if we do--Hopkins Roofing!

I'm very happy with my new roof! Hopkins had checked my roof in 2018 and Dave told me the roof was fine but I should have it checked again in 2 or 3 years. Jason Button came out to look at my roof this year and informed me I had hail damage. Apparently Pella had a storm in June while I was in Texas. He suggested I contact my insurance rep and volunteered to show the insurance man what damage he saw. Shortly after that visit I recd a check from my insurance to have the roof and gutters replaced. I'm convinced Jason's visit with the insurance adjuster was the reason I received money for a full replacement. I had difficulty selecting the shingle color, and Jason took me to see another house that had been recently shingled. That was so helpful and I was impressed that Jason offered to drive me to the address. A date was scheduled and the workers came when they said they would. I know it wasn't an easy job for them as my roof has lots of peaks and valleys and the back side is 3 stories high. Besides that, the weather was very hot! It took the crew 3+ days to remove the old shingles and install the new roof. When the job was complete, the cleanup was excellent!

Very friendly staff who were willing to work with us to get our roof replaced due to a hail storm. They were very efficient and the whole process was very easy. We were super impressed with how clean everything was when they were finished and the roof looks fantastic.

The roofing team came early, stayed late, and did a good
job of cleaning up afterward. I was very pleased with their work. The office staff was also very accommodating to my special requests.

After the Derecho damaged our residential composite slate roof, we were so grateful to work with Jason Button from Hopkins Roofing. Our insurance company was only going to pay about $8,000 for a “repair,” but Jason helped us work with the insurance company to get full replacement (over 5x’s what they were initially going to pay). We tried working with other companies when getting estimates and no one was as helpful or willing to work to get us a full replacement coverage that it needed. He and his crew were kind, professional, communicated well, and got the job done! Our yard was left every day clean and picked up. When the job was completed, we had a beautiful roof and no mess!
