I found Knott's on a Google search when my regular company wanted to charge twice as much. So happy I did. They did a great job. Professional and well priced, we were very pleased with their service. We would definitely use again.

I would like to say how much Knotts Property Restoration had helped my family during a devastating house fire. From the call into the office and answering my call, and scheduling an appointment for the team to inspect my home due to the current damage. The management team that showed up and walked me through the process made it clear of what was needed to bring my home back to pre-loss condition. From the removal of items my home, to the cleaning and replacing damaged items, I could not say even though this has been a very emotional and tough process that the communication and daily updates with my insurance company and myself have made this process less painful. We did also sign for rebuild of property and cannot wait to call our home “home” again. We are beyond grateful for Knotts and the very people that helped us during our difficult time, thank you Knotts Property Restoration for making this process less painful for my family we will be always grateful for your compassion, knowledge and urgency during this situation.

Our house was severely damaged on the December 9th tornado and a close friend recommended Knotts Restoration to us. They were at our house within hours of us calling to tarp and board. Through out the 6 months process of rebuilding, our contractor, Jason, has communicated everything and has been more than understanding with all the things that come with rebuilding our home! We have been able to be a part of the process and have all our questions answered any time of day and any small question. We got to move back in recently and even though everyone at Knotts was extremely busy with the flooding, they worked ALL day, then came to our house as promised on move in day so we could finally be back home like we had been looking forward to. They were at our house until 9 o clock at night just to make that happen for us. we could not have chosen a better company to go through this process together. We’re so grateful to Knotts Restoration for taking care of us sun up to sun down when we needed it most!

They did such a good job on cleaning our stairs! Made them look like new carpet. The Tech was super professional, explained the process and was very efficient. We have used other companies in the past and they did not compare to the service we received using Knotts. Very impressed!

If I could give negative stars I would! I just moved into a house managed by Copper Key Realty and Management, whom hired this company before our arrival. The company apparently provided the management company a receipt, but that doesn’t mean that ANY work was done at all. Upon arrival to our new house, supposedly four days after the carpet was “cleaned” I could tell right away it wasn’t! I used my Dyson vacuum to see what I could pick up on my own and I was appalled! Two bags of cat and dog hair, dirt and litter! Its ridiculous! What carpet cleaning company doesn’t even vacuum the darn carpets before “cleaning” which I highly doubt they did! Now I have to come out of pocket for over $400 to have the carpets steam cleaned and a pet treatment applied on Christmas Day of all! I have a 1 yr old baby girl and 9 yr old son now breathing in all this hair and cat litter scent, which burns the throat and makes our allergies go crazy! This is really a great way to show a military member appreciation, thanks a lot! Can’t wait to move on already and we just moved here!

I was told that I had to vacuum my floors before they would clean them or I would be charged double. I didn’t understand that when they have the equipment to vacuum and clean so I feel like they got over on me. They were there for less than 5 min and I was charged full price.

We won a free carpet cleaning from Best of Clarksville! The tech was quick and kind! Carpet looks great, can’t wait to use their services again.

We will be selling a home soon and I was certain we would need to replace 4 rooms worth of carpet due to dark stains. Knott's did a wonderful job removing the stains and made the carpet look so good it no longer needs replacing! I will most definitely be using Knott's again.
