Both employees I spoke to didn’t know what they were talking about. The one employee was rude,unprofessional,& hung up on me. She told me I came in the store and picked up my product I ordered online. When in fact,the order hadn’t even shipped yet. Then,she turned around and said something different. She was highly uneducated and very rude,& even hung up on my when I told her I HAD NOT COME to get my order. I asked to speak to the manager and she put her BROTHER on the phone to take my complaint on her. That’s NOT OKAY. That’s a conflict of interest. When I asked to speak with HIS manager,he gave me the run around and took up for his sister. I won’t ever go back to this place to be treated the way the treated me..ALL 3 of them. If you can’t do your job,& be ACCURATE about a customers orders…a STAY at home or find a different job. If it was ONE employee that would be one thing..but it was TWO employees and the “manager”

Great service. There is always someone available and capable of helping you find what you need. Cuts my trips to the big boxes way down to a minimum

This store has Propane available for $34.00 a 7 gallon bottle re-fill. No space heaters were available the day of my visit. There is a fully stocked paint department there.

I was really disappointed. I was in there several minutes looking through the nuts and bolts and not one person asked if I needed some help. What disappointed me more was when I walked in not one employee had a mask on even though the governor has made it a state mandate. When I asked the cashier where his mask was, he told me that they weren't required to wear them.

These guys have most anything you are looking for in the hardware isle . Some more specialized than the big box stores .

Excellent help I didn't know to much out plumbing but as I go I'm getting smarter for home project's thanks to Ace in poplarville

So disappointed! Been going there for years. They must of hired new staff. Whoever is in charge of ordering and keeping the shelves stocked is not doing their job. The last 3 times I have been in there they were out of ALL the items I went in for. Very frustrating when this is the ONLY store in town to buy the items.
