I contacted this company on behalf of our client last week. I was told an estimator would be out on 09/06 between 12 and 2. I get a call from the estimator this morning because he wanted to go by 3 hours ahead of schedule. I advised I did not get confirmation from the customer and we would need to stick to 12 to 2pm. I get a text at 11:36 asking if we can move it to 3pm. I didn't get confirmation until 1:48pm from our client. I contact Kirkland Roofing and get a text saying the inspector is no longer in the area and had I gotten back to them sooner, this wouldn't have happened.
So what was the point of making an appointment? I will never refer this company to anyone. Terrible service from the start and lovely how they like to blame the customer for their scheduling issues.
