I didn’t personally purchase anything here but had a blow out on our boat trailer right in front of the building and if it wasn’t for Mr. Lemoine (can’t remember his first name) and Chris, we would have been out there for hours and yall KNOW how hot it is outside in June down here. Mr. Lemoine and Chris came out there and helped my husband with changing not one but BOTH tires. Super great, friendly people. Very thankful we happened to be where we were. Just appreciating a very selfless, kind act from the guys up there. Thank you guys, if I find anyone looking for anything truck related I’ll definitely send them yalls way!

I have a pre approval for 100k and can’t get a call back on a red pro star or any other used truck on the lot from there one and only sales guy. I’m literally waving 100k and willing to put a hold on a truck and nothing but crickets!

I may have spoken a little too soon yeah it's Sue one gentleman is great communication was awesome.

however, This is going on day 3 and and my truck that is that is working actually for a government agency or a government agency who is down in my neck is still sitting on line where it was parked just got off the phone with a gentleman name will not be boasted bounced it told me we'll get to it Monday .Tuesday .maybe, we should, Now we definitely definitely have a very good idea that all it needs is a wire checked and plugged in codes cleared should only be about 2 maybe 3 hours in an hour by the time it is all set and done I will be sitting here for a week without pay waiting on somebody to do some miniscule work...
We will see what happens we'll post again

They are having a national parts shortage. Apparently no windshields anywhere in Louisiana or America. They let me leave my truck there, so 4* for that.

I came here to do PM Service and ask the services idever or manager not to drive the truck no more than 3 HPM and ask him to write it down, that I don't have hours of driving. After all I asked manager not to do and ask to have it on writing.
He still took my Truck on the Road with no hours of driving.

Not enough stars to properly rate KW in Gray LA. The entire staff, from Jason in service to Joe and Raymond in the machineshop, could not be better. I would really recommend them to anyone. I am from Delaware and they made a northern boy who relates more to the southern ways feel at home. And just as important a quick in and out when I was expecting to be here through the weekend. Delivered 3 trucks to them in a horrible thunderstorm and they were very accommodating to get me out of the rain and got me undecked and checked in as fast as they could

Very very nice people Kenny and Jonathan went out of there way to be so helpful and the rest of the service staff .I was just passing through and broke down they got me in took care of the problem and got me back on the road tks guys great job

Wow, what a facility. I was able to count 38 work bays for tractors. Royce, in the body shop, is particularly helpful, but he was like the other people I met there.
