Adam showed up early to the appointment, was very respectful, and after he got an idea of what was needed, went right to work. Explained what he was going to be doing and would get a hold of me if there were any issues. He went over and above what the job required of him. When he completed his work, he had pictures and explained in detail what he did and answered all my questions, thoroughly. He not only fixed what was needed but did some needed preventative work also. I would highly recommend Adam, he is as efficient as he is knowledgeable.

Adam hasn't done any work for me but we're in church together I know him to be an honest and sincere man a man that reflects integrity. Concerning his work ethics I'm not heard anything of a negative nature.

Karis added a portico/porch over our front steps earlier this summer. They did a great job working through the lengthy permit process with the city and overall we were pleased with the finished product. Everyone on their team was professional and we would work with them again.

Its hard nowadays to look for good, professional, and knowledgeable contractors. Luckily, these rare guys are honest, upfront and on time on their schedule. Their works are based on how picky you are, but they completed and graguantee their job with their insurance. Money worth well spent and less headaches. I got scammed before and hesitated to move on with any contractors. They are understood and really stick on head to head with me. I got lot of projects on the house, painting, roofing, doors, floorings and some wall to wall projects . They got it all well with consultants and ensure you got the right price. Hopefully these business would get the praise they deserve and maintain their awesome quality

In our new house we had vinyl siding work done by Karis Construction. The best in Indianapolis town for sure.

When you need an elite builder this is the business you call. I had Karis Construction build a massive outdoor entertainment area for me and my family. Their price was wayyyy too low for the quality of work they performed! They were extremely tidy and professional and if I had to do the job again I would absolutely use Karis Construction!!!

Karis Construction is one of the best construction companies I've ever dealt with. They have provided simple home repairs such as replacing a toilet and outdoor garage light fixture, to replacing an entire roof and gutters for a rental property. They are timely, responsible, honest, and reasonably priced. Karis is my first choice when I need repair work at my home or for one of my rental properties. I highly recommend them.

Adam Reynolds was very professional and knowledgeable about what all needed to be done. Our house and garage sustained hail damage to the roof and gutters. Adam and his crew got the work done in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and worked very well with our insurance company. Unfortunately all the work they did to the garage was wiped out when in July a major wind storm came through and blew a large tree on the back of the garage. This time the garage sustained heavy damage. Adam was great with this job and help with getting the insurance company to comply with what needed to be done to get our garage repaired. The garage has never look better. I will be using Karis Construction Company for any all future jobs.

Adam and Karis construction were wonderful to work with. They were responsive and easily worked with our insurance when replacing our roof, gutters, and window wraps. They cleaned up afterwards and were polite. I’d recommend them for your next service!

Shoddy work, no follow thru, no walk thru at end of job, threatened to put lien on house while still trying to negotiate repair of damage to house (gouged wood in bathroom cedar walls) and get job finished — said someone would contact me to fix issues, never happened. Screened in front porch was put together with scrap wood, trim misaligned, not actually screened in as no screen between beam and roof of porch, screen just stapled to existing wood, not installed as it should have been — words fail to describe how poorly his ‘master carpenter’ built the screened in (was supposed to match back screened in porch in design and quality). Used ‘accordion’ pipes in bathroom and tried to convince me that was standard. Basement crawl space — instead of removing by bolts, crew just ripped the metal screen off of the frame. Tried to get issues resolved. Then Adam just ghosted. Do not hire this person. I would recommend whoever he hired to do the slate work in the bathroom — that guy knew what he was doing. The rest of the crew, no. Work not finished — pantry install, shower door install — wasn’t charged, but was left with not all the work completed either which is more hassle for me.

Very knowledgeable. Super honest. Wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. Goes above and beyond. Loves what he does. Expert in roofing, plumbing, and electrical.

They were able to assess roof damage and work with my warranty company to complete the work. Overall I was impressed with the communication provided and the timeliness of the work.

Adam was honest, flexible and so easy to work with. I had a leak in my roof and needed it replaced as soon as possible. The day they came to do the work, the crew was there before 7a setting up. They worked tirelessly until the job was finished and clean up was immaculate. I hear stories from people about the messes that roofing crews make in their yard and I have yet to find one nail that was missed! I would recommend this crew to anyone who needed roofing work done. My new roof looks amazing and no more leaks!

Karis Construction has done many projects at my home. The first project was a new roof and gutters damaged by hail. Adam came out and met with my insurance company as well. The insurance rep told me "this guy knows his stuff. If you haven't hired him yet I would definitely do it." the roof and gutters look great. January 2017 Karis did a complete kitchen remodel. I absolutely love my kitchen. It looks like something you see in magazines. They provided guidance at all stages of the process. I left them with my house key since no family member could be there. They were very careful with my home during the whole process. Karis has replaced a rotting French door at my home as well. Adam gave me knowledgeable guidance on a replacement door. It looks great! They have done some other smaller jobs at my home as well. I intend to call Karis Construction for any work needed at my home. I have recommended them to friends as well.
