Orival and Wesley have a such a high level of professional service that it is hard to compare. They consistently have exceptional ongoing communications skills, including updates around weather. Their work is clean and as described. They care about customer satisfaction and doing the best job they can do. I would recommend them highly for any roofing job big or small.

I highly recommend Kael Contracting. They were professional from start to finish. Orival is an excellent communicator - gave me a detailed proposal, answered all of my questions, explained exactly what was happening and when, and stayed true to his words. His team was neat and organized - my roof looks amazing and they left my house cleaner then they found it. I would use again in a heartbeat and fully fully recommend.

I would rate the experience as 5 stars from start to finish. Wesley thoroughly explained what should be done when he first came over to look at my home. Once the job started I found the workers to be diligent and attentive and Wesley also showed me pictures of what was completed on the roof in addition to explaining how the windows and front portico were sealed to prevent water intrusion.

Working with Kael Contracting was great from start to finish. After terrible experiences with other contractors in Westchester, we were referred to Kael for work installing flashings on our house in Hastings. We received an estimate within a few days, the work was scheduled a couple weeks out, and they sent a large crew to get everything done quickly and efficiently in a day and a half. We were out of town, but received detailed texts with pictures showing all of the work. When we returned, the property was clean and the work pristine. Highly recommended!
