Price was affordable but year & 7 months later just had to clean up a huge mess Juan & Vanessa’s crew left on the roof that had loaded up the gutters. Two story home so I could not see up there. My husband died right after it was put on or he would have gone up to check the work when it was done. The gutters were bulging from the facia full of old roof debris including shingles old & new, big chunks of insulation, nails and lumber & fast food trash. Last big rain I noticed dirty globs falling over the gutter edges onto my new patio. Crew didn’t have my facia board screwed back on. The gutters were not fastened in center just a couple screws at each end. Sagging & weighed down by wet garbage they were coming off entirely. Ice & snow or more wind storms and we’d have had a disaster. Juan didn’t make sure his guys cleaned up, or finished the work. They also dropped roof lumber on my dogwood and tore a big chunk of its bark. I think I paid around $12k for removal of shingles and new shingles. Very frustrating when you spend that kind of money. We hauled huge garbage bags off the roof and full on attached the gutters and put them on the house. They were hanging by a thread.

J-V Builders just finished replacing our roof in Desert Aire. Look great. Super satisfied. Very competitive in cost. Started and completed the job right when they said. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great work on satisfying other appearance needs beyond just the roof replacement. Happy to see the extensive use of personal protective equipment for their safety. Left our yard clean and free of debris. Looking forward to stress free windy days in Desert Aire for years to come.

This company is the best!!
They were so professional. I could ask their crew questions and they would stop for the moment and answer them. With a smile on their face.
When they got done, the owners it sounded like were going to take them and treat them to lunch. They really seemed like a family.

My husband and I had the roofs of our Desert Aire house and garage replaced by J&V Roofing recently. The whole crew were friendly, talented, fast and efficient. The roofs look great and they were affordable! I would highly recommend using J &V Roofing!

J & V builders re did my roof completely and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the final result! The crew was very experienced and paid good attention to detail as well as hauling away all the trash and maintaining a clean worksite. Very reliable and hard working people. I will definitely be calling them for future projects. Highly recommend to anyone needing good quality work.

Our deck/porch was over 10 years old and adding the roofing was going to add significant weight to the structure. A new foundation was likely necessary but only J and V Builders paid attention and focused on it from the beginning. This helped us to be certain that we knew there would be no surprises and the structure would be built to stand the test of time. We also knew from our discussions that J and V Builders would pay attention to every necessary detail of integrating the new structure to our existing exterior and not cut any corners. He showed up early, he made sure everything worked, he even went to multiple home improvement stores trying to find suitable and affordable parts for the deck/porch. During the course of our project, Juan maintained the highest standards of quality, value, professionalism, safety, and cleanliness. Our project was completed on schedule and under budget. I will be calling J and V Builders for my next project.

Have had to redo everything he has done.Have had parts of patio roof blow off! Was not secured good enough for the severe wind. Have been in touch with them since Saturday with only response thru text! Promised daily to be here to fix next day! Has not called or shown up in 4 days-a person is only as good as his word!

I was so impressed with there fast response and quality work!! I’m so happy I found these guys. They remodeled my kitchen and it left just how I wanted!! I would highly recommend them for any remodel or home project you might have.
