Joel was on time and knew what he was doing. I don't know anything about ACs, and he didn't make me feel like I was being sold any goods. We had several repair personnel here before him, and they were unable to fix the issue. He did it in about 25 minutes. My AC is now cold again, and the price for the work was under what others were quoting. He is now my go-to AC person.

Joel was very thorough. Well knowledged, walked me through my options, plus. Gave quotes, explaining each. He had a service worker with him. Dyon was attentive to requests, questions. Excellent customer service, pleasent, upfront, honest. Related to my financial needs , boundaries. I waited to write this, as I needed time to be sure my unit worked after he left. I'm happy with JBCool's work. I would call, will call again for maintenance checks . He also new about manufacturer of my A/C, and what was installed/installers of my previous local company, now out of business.... I was not happy with their previous work and would be happy to explain off line. ( they are a renamed local co. who I would NOT USE) BTW... nothing is cheap for quality. I wish it was 2018 again. Reasonable $? , of course I'd like a less expensive quote but... who wouldn't?

TL;DR - Just Be Cool Supply is responsive, professional, and has a friendly staff. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody looking for HVAC work.
Also, they are a local company, it's good to support local businesses.

Our AC started making a noise, so we called Joel and he was able to come out the following morning to check on it. There were multiple issues with the unit, which was more than 20 years old, and he fixed them. But then it started making a completely different noise. So we all decided that it was probably time for a new one, because as we all know the heat is no joke out here and we didn't want it to just completely stop working altogether and have to scramble to get it repaired or replaced in the middle of summer. We also decided that since our furnace was about the same age, and we had issues with that recently as well, that we should probably get that taken care of while we were at it.

Joel set up an appointment for the following morning and showed up on time, with both units and his crew to install them. They were all friendly, professional, and did what my wife and I felt was an excellent job, both with installation of the new units, removal of the old units, and clean-up of the job site.

The new ac unit is extremely quiet, we can't even tell that it's on when we're outside 10' away from it (in comparison, our old unit we had to raise our voices to have a conversation if we were outside and it was on). The new furnace is nice as well, slightly smaller footprint than the old one, and is installed in a much cleaner, more professional looking manner, and has easy access to the filter (the old one was a bit of a mess, wrapped in bare fiberglass insulation with multiple PVC pipes running all over the place, and had to remove both doors to access the filter).

We will definitely call Joel when it's time for the bi-annual checkups of our unit and for any other problems that may arise (though I don't foresee any since both units are brand new).

I called several AC technicians for same-day service, but none were available. I went down the Google list until I reached Joel. He and his partner arrived within two hours, looked at my unit, and fixed it. My AC was up and running shortly after. He had the parts with him; I couldn't have gone a night without AC. My house was already at 88°, and it was 7 p.m. Joel saved my family from a hot night. Glad I found this honest man. I will keep his number in my phone for any future issues. Very professional and knowledgeable team. I decided day of heat pump install to let them replace my ducting. They acquired the ducting and install the heat pump and ducting same day. They also sealed all of my roof vent pipes. There was an issue with the ecobee thermostat, so they will return with a new Nest thermostat. Very good price for a new system. Yesterday my wife called Joel and explained how the Gas Company had "red tagged" our heater a few days ago due to hazards. Joel came to the house immediately. Receiving the number for this company was one of the best gifts I received this year. We went through the whole summer of 2024 without an AC because the prices quoted from other companies were ridiculous! Noel, (the owner) came over and sold us a furnace and an AC unit. His price was 3x’s cheaper than his competitors.
