After a thorough investigation, they were finally able to identify that the ventilation issues were causing the mold growth. The mold was remediated, and they also installed a new attic fan to prevent future mold growth. Great experience from beginning to end.  Jun came to give an est for a new roof and suggested repairs to get another 4-5 years since the roof was still in good shape. More importantly, he showed me pictures of the chimney which was crumbling and in need of repair.  He gave us good estimates on both and was very flexible on the work date to accommodate my WFH schedule.  Benjamin and Dennis did the work, they were very nice and VERY neat, and the work was wrapped up in a day.  Two days later a follow-up call to make sure all was done correctly. I needed my roof cleaned due to moss build up from lack of sunlight. They responded quickly to my call coming out to give me an estimate before completing the work. Two days later they returned and power washed my house. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work completed. This is the second time I have used them over the years, finding them to be very professional. I appreciated a follow up phone to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Would definitely recommend!

Deegan is excellent - honest - fair - and timely

Brian came to my house and explained to me that I did not need a new roof and that they would repair and caulk all the areas that were necessary and then his contracting crew would soft wash the roof. They explained to me that the roof was solid and had possibly another 10 years before considering replacement - the men showed up when scheduled and completed everything that was agreed to and before they left reviewed all the items that were completed

I highly recommend them and I will use them for my home at the shore as they also have an office in Toms River NJ.
