Jimmy put in a laminate floor for us and it looks great. They had to float part of to overcome an uneven floor issue and it turned out well. Checked on his crew three or four times that day. Done in a day. Will use again!

JT's did a great job repairing a hole in the wood on our house where mice were getting in. They had to come 3 times because the problem was more extensive than it first appeared.

I had a great experience with JT’s Home Repair. Soffit repair facia replacement on the whole house. Screened in porch, re-screened. Termite and wood rot replaced. Beautiful ceiling on the porch. Glass door hung on the porch. Gutters installed. Entire house painted, including the brick. When I called for an estimate, James not only answered right away, he came the same day to assess the job. Half the battle is getting somebody to show up for something like this, but I found I could count on JT’s Home Repair .. Looking forward to working with James and his team again. A+ Experience. Finished storage shed.

I used JT for finishing making a storage shed into a temporary small bedroom that will be used for one of our family. I had already insulated, did the rough wiring and installed sheetrock on the ceiling. When I ran out of time for finishing, we hired JT to finish. When I explained the timing, he came in as soon as he could and got started. He was still working on other projects, but worked hard to meet our timeline. He beat the timeline by about two days.

JT is skilled, conscientious and fair. His crews that assisted were also skilled and polite. JT is a good communicator. He would always answer his phone. For this job, he was very resourceful and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. Did the work for a fair price. I was furnishing the supplies. JT would offer suggestions for saving money.

I would definitely use JT's Home Repair Services again.

JT was extremely professional and a very likable person. Everything was done with the care as if it was his own house. Very satisfied.

I don't know what went on here...he gets good reviews but with me it was a complete waste of time. He came out, spent time discussing plans for my repair, a good 40 minutes or so, took measurements, told me when he left he would send me an estimate and then completely disappeared...I never heard from him again.....be prepared for this treatment, I don't understand as he wasted his time as well as mine....????!!!??? Is this what you want?

He gave a great price plus clean my yard after blowing limbs & leaves off roof which why I hired him. My roof needed cleaning for yrs. He's friendly & professional. I will recommend him to my friends and family

I highly recommend JT! He is not only a professional in his workmanship, but a truly genuine person! I'm very low income and have had leaks in my roof for years that have damaged the inside of my walls. At present time I'm unable to pay for the repairs needed, but Mr. JT came to my home and tarped my roof for free to prevent further damage! When you find someone as such , you know they are sincere and will do excellent work on any issues you have!

JT is one of the most incredible human beings on the planet. I contacted him from out of state to help a woman from my Christian women’s group her roof was leaking. It had been raining hard in their area and she was on a very low income.. He gave me a bid and I was not able to come up with the total. He then went over there and tarped it for her to get her through the rainy season He incredible job for her for free. Very gracious, compassionate gentleman

JT and his crew did an outstanding job doing some needed sheetrock repairs for us. They went "above and beyond" to do the job with excellence. Highly recommend them!

While everyone else was trying to charge me a car payment and put me on hold for 2 weeks just to come out and board my door up for me, my boy JT showed up within a hour and got the job done and gave me a reasonable price. This man saved the day!! I highly recommend!!!

We contacted JTs on 10/4 for assistance because the online reviews were very good. We quickly received an email back stating that “someone would get back to us via email or phone soon.” It’s been 21 days and we have not heard anything. We sent a follow up email and received no response. No response is very unprofessional.

JT brought in crews with the right skills to do carpentry, roofing, masonry and more to do restoration work on our historic home. He kept everything in budget and was faster than expected. He always showed me the work at the end of the day to make sure it met expectations and it did!

JT and his crew are the best. We had others contractors come look at what we were needing done and were given the run around. JT, however, came out and looked and gave a fair price and was able to start the following week and knocked a big project out rather quickly. He replaced subfloor in 4 different rooms in our house, and also repaired water leaks that we did not even know existed. I would recommend this crew for any job I have.

5 star guy! He repaired/rebuilt the two story historic porch and rotted exterior roofline woodwork on my historic home in a historic district to the highest standards. It is beautiful. He is very easy to work with. I expect we will do many more projects together.

JT and his crew were quick and did a great job repairing our deck. We hired them to replace all the deck boards and stairs on our two level deck. Fair pricing as well. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Jimmy and his crew showed on time and got right to work. They removed a 5 foot section of wall to open the kitchen to the living room. Put in a beam to support the ceiling that was already bowing some over the area that already open. Jacked up the ceiling and made level. All the work was very well and only took them a few hours. Cleaned up and sweep the floor. I am waiting now for a quote for additional work I inquired about.Recommend them whole heartedly.

Replaced vapor barrier in walk space under house and replaced insulation between floor joists. The work was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this company.

JT was incredible. We had him out to give us a quote on putting in a beam so we could take down a load bearing wall. Not only was he able to get a crew in the following day and have the work done before noon, but he was significantly cheaper than the other quotes we received. Professional, courteous, and excellent work.

Kitchen started smelling like the city dump last night. Sent JT a message on his site kind of late, and he replied first thing the next morning. Came same day, and repaired my kitchen in no time. I was prepared to schedule an appointment and wait a week or so. He and his son definitely know what they are doing. Pricing was good as well, but there was no price on the smell of my kitchen. Jimmy was very quick to repair the extensive rotten joists and subfloor in my home. He gave us a 3-4 week timeline and completed in under 2 weeks. The work he did has a professional appearance that I believe is second to none. I will be using Jimmy for any future renovations that I do.
