I called twice and the person who took my call said they'd get back to me. Never heard anything. I have since moved on to someone who is starting work as of the writing of this review.

Edit: The owner has since reached out to me, which I do appreciate. Apparently, it was a communication breakdown, which happens. He did apologize. He seems genuinely concerned about providing good service. I appreciate someone who cares enough to reach out when they drop the ball.

I highly recommend JM Roofing. Jesse is really easy to work with. His employees are fast, professional, knowledgeable, and they keep a really clean work environment. They got us in their busy schedule and dried us in right away. Their work is quality all the way around. We are really happy with them. Everything you could ask for in a roofing contractor.

Jesse and his men did a great job on our roof. They tore off and replaced it with 30 year shingles. His guys took care not to damage out outside plants and did a outstanding job with clean up. We are very happy with the results.

We searched for the right roofing contractor for almost a year due to a complex roofing and soffit repair job for a 100+ year old home. We were previously contracted with another big name roofer in town who failed to start the job for over two months with no communication after each missed "start day." Really wish we had found JM Roofing first as it would have saved many headaches. Not only was Jessie extremely communicative through the entire process but he was the ONLY roofing contractor in town willing to look at and take on the extra unknown task/repair of our unique soffit repair issue and help come up with a solution. They showed up when they said they would and were very flexible and easy to work with our needs and other roofing complications. They also were able to tear down an old, unused chimney below the roof line to spare us the upkeep of one more unnecessary opening in the roof. We will definitely use them again for our next roofing project.

What a fantastic roofing company! Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we ended up with serious water intrusion into our attic. Jesse was quick to respond and, with his crew of workhorses, roofed our home and saved us a lot of money in further water damage.

He and his crew were friendly, professional, and attentive. I wish every industry in the LC Valley had more companies of this caliber.
