Best pricing around called about 3 different places and they had the best pricing they are responsible and they complete the job really fast and clean up after everything

JM Roofing came through for me on a last minute roof replacement that was required by my insurance company to renew coverage. Jose gave me a price that couldn’t be beat. He was also very responsive to the myriad of questions I had. The crew came in and got the job done quicker than I expected and I was able to meet my deadline. I am so satisfied with their work, that I will be having JM Roofing replace the garage roof at my primary residence.

JM Roofing completed a full roof replacement for me. I was extremely pleased with their work. Jose was quick to respond and came out to give me a free estimate. He replaced all my fascia boards which gave my roof a finished look. He also took the added step of painting all the vents and pipes to match the shingles giving my roof a clean and sharp appearance. With the impending rains, I reached out to JM Roofing for a quote on a new roof. I was referred to JM roofing via close family friends. I received a very fair quote and chose them due to their professionalism and the fact that I try my best to use family-owned small businesses as much as possible. They completed my roof in rapid time and carefully cleaned up all nails and debris everyday (which is very important with a child and dog in the home who frequently play outside). Thank you JM roofing for doing such a wonderful job and giving me the peace of mind that my home will be protected. I sleep well knowing that when it rains, we no longer have to be on leak patrol!

JM roofing came out and inspected my home and garage right away. Provided all the pictures and scope of work along with the permits that my insurance company accepted for approval. Where is the 6th star for Jose rating? He seriously knocked it all out of the park. This guy is the guy to do your next reroof, don't hesitate and feel confident you made the right decision.

I wll contact the CSLB(Contractor's State Licensing Board) and have them look at the photos and the contract. I will ask the CSLB inspector to inspect your roofing work.

Please do not consider to hire this roofing contractor based on the positive reviews posted here and other websites.

I did and ended up with more mess/problems because Jose Martinez Jr. would not deliver his promise to finish his work.

Jose Martinez Jr. gives too many excuses and false promises and blames other people for his slipups and mistakes caused by him and his roofing crew. He is not an expert roofer and does not know a thing about roofing work at all. Please don't be duped by this scammer.

Please try not to save money because Jose Martinez father and son low-bid for the roofing work than other roofing contractors.

Jose and the team at JM Roofing are awesome. After being ignored by several contractors I found JM and they hit it out of the park. They were professional, communicated exceptionally, and delivered with a high quality installation. My only regret was that I didn’t call Jose first.

Quality work, replaced any and all damaged wood , had them shave back eve along driveway, did a great job blending in. Replaced my rain gutters and even added vents to roof !!

José and his team at JM Roofing did an amazing job with my roof. My roof was replaced back in May of 2024 and it looks wonderful. I don’t see any issues with roof nor I have any leaks. I chose the Presidential shake and all the labor and material were included with the initial estimate along with the permit fees. We were afraid that we would incur additional costs as noted by other roof estimates but based on his inspection he was confident that it would not go over the initial estimate. He managed the job very closely and came by to inspect and ensure the job was being done properly and professionally. I highly recommend this roofing company as I am 100% satisfied customer.

Amazing "Father and Son" roofing company. Our roof on our home was long overdue for a new roof. I reached out to a few different roofing contractors for estimates and after meeting Jose and his dad I decided that JM Roofing were the best contractors for the job. On the day we met Jose and his dad took measurements, discussed the project and gave me a price. We set a date to begin working on the project and on the day of the JM Roofing crew arrived on schedule and ready to work.
