I don't write reviews but these types of companies do have to warn other people, please save yourself a headache and money don't hire this company that only wants to do a job to make money and if they leave something wrong you call them and call them and they don't care, they never come back to repair it, that's what happened to me. I would never hire them again even if they charged me less. I prefer to pay a little more but have them do their job rather than having to pay double in the end.

J&M repaired quite a bit of cedar siding and facia around my house. Very responsive and high quality work. Would definitely call J&M again!

They came to my home, gave me an estimate, I agreed, we shook hands!! Two days later, they are ready to make repair, siding repair, but they have to shop for siding to match.. assistant texts Thursday or Friday. I didn't know she meant today OR TOMORROW, FRIDAY OCT 21ST 2022. SHE canceled my appointment, he was on the way!! To match the siding with SAMPLES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was very accommodating and was willing to wait 2 weeks. Sorry for your inconvenience can you look for other company. Okay!

Can we have less "stars", like 'Zero"? These folks are game-players and the hole in the wall burned us:

They "forgot" about an appt., so didn't show.
When called about it, never acknowledged any error message.
Promised to still keep set appt., but blew appt., as well as potential customers off!
We have never received a call from these "people?"
Seekers beware . . . this is clearly not an "outfit" you want to deal with - their capers cost them some customers. The raving reviews are likely "paid for".
