Jimenez Painting responded quickly to my request for a quote. They were reliable and gave fair pricing. Their work was beautiful, and I am really happy with the job. I will use them again for all my painting projects and have no hesitation recommending them. Update: I used Jimenez Painting for a large exterior painting job. We painted a metal roof (changing from red to grey), painted the full exterior of our property (including some detailed trim work), and had them install shutters on the windows. They did a great job and I will continue to use them for my painting projects. Before and after pictures attached.

Juan did a great job on my deck. Gave me a price one day and completed the job the next. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Please let me tell you the magnitude of the project want just completed. I am a DIY guy and I cover some wholes in my basement with paneling. As I work to sell my home no one liked my work- Juan came in sized the job, gave me a fair price and showed up the next morning to start! All day for 3 days he worked worked and worked. Since his completion we have had 3 offers. Thank you so very much. I will use him on our rental property for sure.

Juan replaced some sections of existing wallpaper and did a wonderful job in the preparation and clean-up. It looks flawless.

Mr. Jimenez has done several jobs for us. The first was painting our home and replacing the roofs. He has also repaired another roof, fixed a porch railing and repaired a long asphalt driveway. Jimenez painting was very responsive and quick to get the job done. We had a lot of square footage that we wanted painted and very high ceilings and they were able to exceed our expectations. We started the work on Monday, December 12 and finished on Friday the 16th very quickly and excellent work by Juan (Jimenez paint) I loved the way we work very clean, very accomplished and very responsible and above all very PROFESSIONAL he and his boys were kind and they complied with what we agreed to do. congratulations Juan I recommend your company

I am sad to say we cannot recommend Juan or Jiminez painting. When you first meet Juan you think he is going to do a great job - he says he will take care of everything. Then what happens is he will blame the language barrier on not completing work fully and leave your project without completion (see attached pictures). He pushed for payment before the work was complete and even his work three weeks later is falling apart. When we tried to tell him “Juan, you can still make this right” he refused. We will pursue further action but just don’t be fooled. Here are examples of some of the incomplete work:
Priming not finishing an area
Saying bondo fixes everything and now it is cracking on our porch - I questioned this during the process
Having “his guys” come frame, charging $7000 and not painting or finishing the stops
Saying he can put in HVAC in written contract and then not putting in HVAC.
The list could go on and on.

He’s a good painter but he will do weird stuff to pad the job like saying we didn’t talk about painting an area when clearly, you would paint that area. Example: just painting the front of the house. Weird stuff.

His painting is good but I wouldn’t hire him for anything else and get a signed contract so you can make it legally binding. Or, just use someone ethical.

I was very pleased with Juan and his crew. They painted the entire interior of my house in less than a week and were extremely professional. They went above and beyond adding missing trim, lots of repair work to ceilings, necessary drywall work and painting. I would highly recommend.

Juan and his team did a great job for a great price. They painted my entire house including doors, ceilings and trim. They patched large holes that were cut in ceiling from a leak we had and the patches are invisible. It was a lot of work and they finished in 4 days. Looks great. I would highly recommend Jimenez Painting.

I have been contracting the services of "Pinturas Jimenez" for more than 5 years because their work is very professional in all aspects, painting, closets installation, bathroom remodeling, etc. I highly recommend their work. Very fast, organize, clean and responsable also the prices are reasonableness.

Juan and team executed flawlessly the following jobs:
- Power washed both the house and deck (GREAT job on both).
Note- Juan and his team just don't spray a chemical and power wash from the ground. They get up close a personal using ladders to get close and actually was the siding!!!)
- He also re-painted the deck. Looks great!!
- Finally, he fixed some loose shutters and re-caulked around a few windows

I would use him again!! He was not the cheapest, but also wasn't the highest quote I received.

I inherited an old house in Culpeper, just little over two hours from where I live, so I contacted Jimenez Painting for an estimate. He was timely and professional for our meeting. Couple of days later they power washed the outside first and then finished painting the exterior in one day. Now the outside has great curb appeal! Great Job Juan Carlos!

Juan and his crew are skilled professionals who do high quality work. Juan organized the painting of the entire exterior of our house, which was no small project!! Incredibly pleased with the outcome!! Highly Recommend! The shutters are not back in place and I don’t have a good before picture, but it was truly a transformational!

Juan was available within a few days of calling to meet me at the residence to go over the scope of work needed. This included removing and replacing rotted soffit and fascia board, power washing, prep, and painting of entire exterior of wood siding, block foundation, and replaced woodwork. Was very reasonably priced and started the work within a couple of days. Additional scope of work was added due to unexpected wood rot but Juan was also reasonable with additional costs. We also agreed to add new gutter & downspouts.

The quality of work throughout was outstanding. Since I didn't live there, Juan would periodically text me photos of the work as it progressed. Finished the work within a few weeks as discussed and very pleased with the job.

I highly recommend this business! They did exterior painting on the garden shed and the lower concrete panels all around the lower level of the exterior of the home. Professional, on time, neat in their handiwork and explained everything - and definitely priced well for the job they did!! House and the shed look BRAND NEW! Definitely recommend their work!

This company did an excellent job completing my much-needed exterior painting. The job consisted of pressure washing, caulking, and painting. I call him up and he answer the call really quickly. We scheduled an appointment to come over to give an estimate and he was 5 minute before time to introduce himself and I did really like that. He painted the first floor of my house some walls were different color and he and his worker did really good lines. Hired for exterior painting but ended up doing a lot more renovations. Used premium quality products and was quick to respond. He may take a little longer but he does the job right. Will be using him again for more projects!

Highly skilled painter and handyman...outstanding results removing wall paper old plaster ceilings and putting up crown moldings with many miters. They also replaced garage doors and repaired damage to the house and roof. Always arrived on time worked hard and completed work in a timely manner. I appreciated the way I was kept apprised of work schedules, materials needed and costs which were very fair.

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.my husband found this company on Angles List. Mr Jimenez corresponded with my husband via text for a few weeks regarding have our house painted. My husband sent pictures of our home letting him see what we wanted. In the text my husband stated we wanted the front, back and sides painted and we would provide the paint. Mr Jimenez quoted a price for EVERYTHING (Mr Jimenez types) and they both agreed (it’s in the text) The day Mr Jimenez came to our house he wanted said his quote was for only the front and back of our house ( what type of painter gives quotes to only the front and back) he said he would have to power wash our house and he upcharged up tremendously. I showed him the text where he quoted us and he wouldn’t provide us the service HE quoted us. He begin to talk trash about is in “Spanish” until i surprised him and stated to him i know what you are saying both he and his son were both surprised. He son “other worker” agreed with me several times when i stated “ what does front, back and sides mean” what did he mean when he said EVERYTHING?! After going back and front trying to get him to honor what he agreed to, Mr Jimenez left me standing there talking to his son and went and got in his work van. I am very big in recommending good service when I do but I also believe in warning others. Seems like this company gives you very reasonable quotes over the phone and then up charge you when they come to provide to service and if ppl are desperate they will take the bate. I don’t play those games. Fair is Fair , Be Honest . Karma

This is the second time I've hired Juan Carlos (Jiminez Painting / Bealeton). He's done drywall, interior painting, siding and now exterior painting (shutter sanding & painting). He's reliable, does quality work, easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend him!
