Juan and his team are amazing professionals. They spent close to four months remodeling our home. Juan addressed all my needs and went above and beyond at times. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants quality work done.

I have used j c s general contracting many times. This company is very professional always on time and great work. Especially in painting which I have used him a few times.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this crew! They worked SO efficiently and the outcome was amazing! They really helped us out in a pinch and their wide span of incredible abilities were a life saver. We were referred to JCS Construction through a painter I knew. I told him I was looking for somebody to put in a small kitchen for a guest house and he told me “he had a guy”. This was JCS Construction. Juan Chaves is the owner and project manager. He stays on top of the project by visiting the job site every/every other day and even gets “dirty” himself working directly on your project. We hired JCS for the small kitchen but then we asked him to do additional work on our garage — we built a room in our garage attic with a full bath!. Next, my dad wanted to remodel his house. We ended up using JCS for the full project! The kitchen, the bathrooms, skinning the fireplace, new LCD lighting throughout the house, new doors, painting exterior, new garage door, all of it!!!! And now we are doing our own house adding two bathrooms and remodeling a third and the job is going very very well! Our house is built in 1929 and they are even adding additional touches to restore the look/feel of the house! They have the same guys working on the house every day (helps with consistency), who show up exactly at 8am and clean up the work areas each night! They are respectful and super hardworking. Thank you JCS Construction! You are “our guy” now.

We were very happy with the job done on our bathroom remodel, patio roofing, outdoor house paint job and new gutter installation which Juan and his crew did. Juan or his brother Arturo were quick to respond if something was not what my wife wanted and they would fix the problem to what my wife wanted. Happy with the outcome. Will be using Jcs in a new project I want done early next year( 2022 ).

I recommend this business for any remodeling you need in your home. This company is reasonable and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again for future updates.

We used jcs home renovation to prep our home for sale there were several items they have assisted with including drywall repair which was fantastic ,it looks brand new.Everything they worked on was done to our satisfaction.Juan has been very responsive,informative, and helpful. He was able to meet our short turnaround timeline so we could meet our deadlines.
He stands behind his work and responds immediately to any concerns we have and do it with a smile and excellent advice from his many years of experience. I definitely recommend this family-run company and its crew
