Do Not use this company.. it is a bait and switch .we had a home built in 2021 saw the model and fell in love with it. They left us homeless for 2 months, split up between 2 diffrent states. They NEVER communicate tried to buy us out of our contract and finishes in the home we're never finished like the model ,then they said it wasn't in the contract. They pulled this to all of my street. Our driveway dirt is coming out from under and even though they are aware they never came to fix it . And our driveway is crooked because the mis judged the utility boxes and pored the driveway anyway. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I bought a JBG Home. We have been here for a few years and love it. We had a minor issue shortly after moving in and they responded immediately to handle it. I would happily buy from them again.

This is our second built home and we absolutely love JBG's Build. The finishes are above builder grade and the home feels far more solid than our last "big box builder home". With every new constructed home (or home for that matter) there will be issues so ommunication is key for us. Blake has been amazing to work with, his response time, follow up, and guidance is above and beyond. We truly feel that our experience with Blake has made our experience with JBG a truly positive and professional one.

We purchased our home built by JBG just over a year ago. While the home has some minor flaws, to be expected when building a home, the service provided by JBG is awful. We are currently attempting to have our one year warranty work completed. They informed us that each contractor would call us ahead of time to schedule the warranty work - not a single contractor has called us. They show up to our home completely unannounced and additionally have not been told what they are here to do. JBG is slow to respond to emails and expect us to explain to contractors the work that is needed. Contractors will show up and then tell us our issues don't need fixed. They have been completely unprofessional and unresponsive since closing on our home. Overall, if given the choice, I would 100% NOT recommend building a home with JBG.

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS BUILDER! Not only did they lie about the finish date, which was almost two months past the intended date. They didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls. You can tell the contractors just don't care. Between sub-par, and rushed work, they use super cheap fixtures as well. Not to mention their customer service is horrible. I've had to pay out of pocket it fix multiple issues because they won't come out unless it's an "emergency". My master bath vanity is literally separating from the wall and they stated I have to wait until my 11 month walk-through. We bought this house last year in September and I can't wait to sell it because it's been such a horrible experience. I honestly has a better experience with Dan Ryan!

Run, don't walk away! Read other reviews and we had similar very bad experience. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. You may get a copy of a Floorplan that is NOT what you will receive unless you specify it in the contract. Also the pictures are from other homes not from the house you're expecting. Overall it was a nightmare experience and we went from excited and grateful to disappointed and frustrated. We would never recommend that you work with this builder. Lack of communication and untrustworthy.

Do not have JBG build you a home. The quality is awful. We have been in this home since 2018 and we are still finding all the shortcuts they took and mistakes they made. Our yard turns into a lake when it rains, our siding was put on wrong, they didn't even put in a vent to our dryer at first which is a fire hazard! We can't wait to sell this house and have our home built by someone that actually gives a damn about the end product.

It was a great experience buying our forever home. Dee is a nice guy. Couple minor things we have noticed on our walk-through but over all it was great.

Built our home in 2017, good experience. Built our home in about 3 months, sod in front yard. Had a few issues, we were promised a flat yard and didn't get it at all, the back yard they buried all the rocks and boulders in it so putting a fence up was definitely a chore in itself. We had to clean floors before we moved in, dust from drywall and paint I guess was all over hardwood floors. I will say Josh, the owner will take care of things when needed, fast response to emails.
All in all they built a great home, just some stuff we wish we knew beforehand like the lot we picked, we would have picked another lot.

JBG builder's is the worst builder ever. They dont stand behind there work. Bought a house last September and the back yard looks like a swimming pool when it rains and they forgot to install a shut off valve for the front house bibb instead buriill plumbing installed the valve to accommodate the ice whimaker which already has a valve make no sense. Please DO NOT buy a house from them you'll regret it.

Giant wind storm tore shingles off of almost every roof in the development. I sent an email to JBG Warranty office yesterday...the guys are up on my roof slapping shingles on today. That is great service.
