Alexandra took time to explain the process for me, they took pictures of the very damaged roof and sent to the insurance company. She helped to send the claim and followed up . Gave me a selection of colors to choose from and when the job was completed, my house looked as good as new. The good thing was how at easy they made the process seem because they know what they were doing and were professional about it all. I am just glad I went with them. Oh and they are ready to come over and explain or even fix anything if you need them to, like when I thought my gutters were spoilt. They came, took pictures to show me it was just debris that had blocked it and even helped me to clear the debris for me. They are straight forward, no cutting corners. Yes, I like the company.

We enjoyed working with Alexandria. She sincerely made this intimidating process very easy. The price and speed of completing the project met our needs. I must add that Alexandria made herself always available for the questions we had (nights and weekends)!

We loved working with the team. Alexandra was fantastic; she directly understood all our concerns (2 locations: Roof and interior paint work), the work was done extremely quickly and professionally, and costs were exactly as discussed. She also handled all the insurance claims fully. We cannot recommend them enough.

Alexandra helped me to think through the design and paired me with an amazing architect to draw up the plans. She then helped me to work with my insurance and to navigate the very lengthy process of obtaining the property survey and necessary permits from the city. Alexandra was a true partner and was there every step of the way. She took the time to answer a million questions and to educate me about my home and the process. She was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and kind, and her team was professional as well, offering top-notch service. The workmanship efficiency, integrity of work and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the cleanup in the aftermath was impressive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing issues.

Alexandra showed us the proper and detailed damages, advised on the short and long term repercussions from it. How the insurance coverage works, what can be achieved from it, what can be fixed, what kind of tools and products will be used. How the warranty works and how they're in and out. Everything was carried out professionally, with white glove service. All the workers were kind, respectful, responsible, and thoughtful.

We had to get something fixed inside our attic and when they were done, there wasn't a single speck of dust remaining behind to clean up.
