I’m a little late posting this as Jim replaced our roof in 2019 but a recent issue with a couple of broken tiles prompted me to post this review now. Jim was one of several roofers from whom I got bids for the replacement but I chose Jim based on recommendations from a neighbor and another friend. I’m glad we chose Jim. He and crew were everything you could ask for - prompt, efficient, respectful and courteous. But above all they did great work and cleaned up every speck of debris. Now to the broken tiles - 5 years after the fact he was just as prompt, efficient and courteous even though it was probably more of a nuisance for him than it was worth. I can’t recommend Jim highly enough.

I called Waller Roofing because some roofing tiles fell off and cracked/smashed other tiles on my roof. It looked and sounded expensive, when those tiles came crashing down! Mr. Waller came out, and gave a logical diagnosis of what might be wrong under the broken/smashed tiles, a timeline of how long it would take to get the job done AND when he would be available to do the job, a clear price range, from low to high, in his quote.
Mr. Waller not only communicated that he could start early, (EFFECTIVE) he also explained that the damage, under the broken/smashed tiles was not extensive (INTEGRITY), and his price came in at the very bottom of his quote range (HONESTY). These are qualities I look for when I invite someone to work on/in my home. GREAT!

We could not be happier with the service we received from Jim and his crew! He was professional and had excellent communication the whole way through. Each day of the project they were on time and cleaned up well...they even finished earlier than expected! Highly recommend!
