Our experience with JHanby, llc can be summed up in one word: Outstanding.  We contracted with Jordan for two jobs.  What was only supposed to be a small restoration project following a plumbing issue turned into a large 550sq ft elevated deck rebuild.  After completing the small project we had him inspect our deck.   Rotting conditions deemed it unsafe.    This project was not our plans for 2023.    From Jordan’s patience, thoroughly explaining the process and options, very reasonable estimates we knew JHanby was the right company for the job.  We were highly impressed with this company’s craftmanship and attention to detail is top quality.  Jordan is a stellar communicator.  He let us know multiple times a day exactly when they would arrive and leave the property   Also, integrity. Jordan had an unforeseen circumstance on another project that needed priority attention.  He asked to come over on a Sunday to talk to us in person to ask if it was okay to pause our project for a week.  It was important to him that he asked us in person.   JHanby company will be our 1st call for future projects.  Thank you, Jordan and crew.

I hired Jordan and his team for two different jobs, a laundry room remodel and a considerable amount of cedar fencing. He did a professional, courteous and timely job. He was also very helpful with design solutions and managing cost. I was very pleased with the results.

We recently hired Jordan for some repair work to our kitchen after a leak. He found a great plumber to complete the initial repairs we needed and then took care of the rest. He was friendly, efficient and a great communicator. His work was excellent and he made sure that we were happy at each step before moving forward. We hired Jordan to fix some water damage in the ceiling, wall, and trim around a door, and also to install bird block on the exterior of our house to discourage woodpeckers from attacking the siding. He was very clear in his description of how he would approach each issue, and provided fair rates for the projects, both of which were somewhat complicated and time consuming, and he communicated well via texts and emails throughout. He even gave us advice on how we could approach some other small repairs around the house if we wanted to handle them ourselves. We are very happy with the work he did, and it's hard to tell that the repairs aren't original given his attention to detail in matching the existing style. We would definitely recommend him for any projects around the house, and we won't hesitate to hire him in the future

Jordan has been a resource on several projects giving advice and direction. We haven't used him as much as we'd have hoped with timelines of different projects. They saved us here with a rental where a tenant had done some damage to the wall, faucet and countertop where we needed to replace them all. We were very pleased with how it turned out. My photos don't really do it justice.

Jordan communicates well, does the job right, is on time and fairly priced. If you want it done right the first time I'd recommend him.
