I called Mr Ivan Ramirez in regards to me having water damage from a huge storm a couple days ago. He right away came and looked at my house. He was very helpful and very nice. He was able to help us determine what the issue was and fixed it. I had another company come by and tried to charge me thousands of dollars and was upset because my insurance company didn’t want to cover hail damage when the issue was not even hail related. After some recent heavy rain, I noticed discoloration on my sheetrock in my front foyer, which I suspected was due to a roof leak. I contacted several roofing companies to assess the problem. One company recommended replacing the entire roof, even though my shingles are less than nine years old. Another company quoted me thousands of dollars for repairs and, in my opinion, misdiagnosed the issue.

We're very happy with their work. We got a very good price which included upgraded materials. They did the entire job in 2 days. They laid down tarps around the house to catch nails and stuff that fell down and cleaned up all the material that fell into my plants as well. They were very transparent about the work, materials used, and their price. No hidden fees.

I have used IRC roofing now twice at different homes to replace a roof damages by hail. I recently had a leak coming from an exhaust vent on the roof. They were super responsive in a reasonable amount of time & took care of me quickly. They are in the business of keeping customers for life.

I contacted IRC Roofing to replace some shingles I lost in a recent wind event. They came out the next day and repaired all the shingles that I noted that had damage. They also replaced several other shingles that they noticed were no longer secure. The crew was prompt, courteous, and followed directions very well. They cleaned everything up before the left. I would definitely use them again if I need a repair. They will also be my first call when I finally decide to replace my roof.

Ivan and this team do a tremendously good job! We could not be more pleased with the experience. They do great work and quickly!!! Roof was replaced in under 2 days!! His roofing crew did a 2200+ square foot house with a steep roof, lots of levels, angles, and valleys in one day. The cleanup was great. I was thoroughly impressed with every part of my experience working with IRC Roofing & Construction. I first left a message on IRC's website asking for a quote to replace the fence on my property that was falling over and broken in many spots. Ivan texted me that same day to schedule the free quote for the job, which was very reasonable. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding and he took care of everything, including obtaining city permits and scheduling visits from various utility services to mark underground cables and pipes ensuring no lines would be damaged. His crew worked blazingly fast and did an amazing job with the fence and new gate. Throughout the whole roof replacement process, IRC was extremely thorough and professional. From having the roof inspected and getting the estimate in a timely matter, to the information given out explaining the whole replacement process. The crew was in a 8 am and fully completed by 5pm. Ivan did a walk threw the following day and sent the drone footage soon after. If you ever have to get your roof repaired or replaced do not hesitate to go with IRC, you will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin about how happy I am that I chose IRC Roofing and Construction!! Ivan was amazing and very easy to work with. I have my insurance with USAA and my home is financed through the VA so they are pretty strict on repairs. Ivan met with USAA's insurance adjuster and inspector at my home and both did a complete walk through. Once approved Ivan met with me at my home, at my convenience, and explained the entire process so I could have a good understanding and answered all my questions. We were having lots of rain during the time Ivan had scheduled my roof replacement so he made sure to reschedule to make sure the job was done correctly. Ivan's work crew were always on time and were all very professional. While performing the job, Ivan would take pictures of each phase until completed so my Insurance company could know everything was being completed the correct way. When the job was completed, USAA sent out an inspector and they were also amazed at the awesome job IRC did on my roof. The following day after clean up, Ivan showed up and completed a final walk through and did a complete sweep around my house to make sure not one nail or piece of old shingles was left behind. I just moved to San Antonio 2 months ago from California. Come to find out I have a big bat problem in the walls and attic of my house. There were a lot of holes that needed sealing and repair before the bat removal expert could even begin. I didn't know who to call or what I was looking for. Bats can use the tiniest holes apparently. It seemed like this huge daunting task and I was worried. Jesus and Mary took care of me though, by helping me to find Irc Roofing& Construction. I had just returned from church where I had prayed for help with the bats when I heard a knock on my door. I didn't answer it right away, because I assumed it was a package but when I looked it was an irc Roofing card, a godsend indeed. They coordinated with the bat expert, understanding what to look for, most definitely, a million times better than I did. They were very reasonably priced. They covered all the holes in such a short time and were professional, polite and kind in every interaction. I am so happy that they were led to me or me to them. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. I'll be calling them for any kind of roofing and construction I'll ever need.
