I'd leave Juan and his crew 6 stars if I could! Of all the bids we considered, he was the only one to get up into our attic and inspect things directly to give us a sense of what we were looking at and what our options were. His crew were prompt, professional, and quick in their work--got the entire roof replaced in just two days, along with upgraded venting and replaced all the flashing along our chimney.
If I ever need work done on my roof in the future, Integrity is the only outfit I intend on calling.

Absolutely amazing. We just bought our house 2 years ago and quickly realized we can't keep up with all the roofs on our rural property (house, 3 car garage, barn, wood shed). Juan came out with a full crew that took care of everything in a single day - moss, gutters, debris. This was a week after the "bomb cyclone" that hit the area and we're surrounded by large evergreens.
Not only did they do the cleaning, they cleared out all the leaves and debris on our concrete porch that were already on the ground (I haven't seen our concrete this clean in months), bagged everything, and even went up onto our rabbit shed (10'x10') to make sure things looked good up there.
Above and beyond. Great communication. We signed up for a twice yearly cleaning because it's beyond worth it. He also pointed out some future potential problem areas to keep an eye on!
