These guys are fantastic! I first spoke to Kyle in January/February about a spring project at our Usk WA property.
We wanted to build a modern two-story pole barn-style building. Kyle helped us with our design ideas and helped us put together the best building to match our budget. We wanted our building to not look like most of the other pole barns in the area. Our building is 20x40’ with a 2nd floor storage area or in the future an 800 SQ FT apartment.
Our project timeline was on time and they delivered our completed building the first week of August on time and beyond our expectations. Communication was fantastic we never wondered when we would see the crew next.

Integrity Builders have completed two big projects for us. First, they did a new home build. Where we started from raw land. They were professional, always willing to listen to our needs, and their attention to detail is amazing. They are not satisfied till the costumer is satisfied. The new build turners out great!
After we sold the new build we purchased a 100yr old home in Sandpoint. The first company we called was Integrity Builders. We would not have purchased the home if Kyle and Brandon didn’t think they could remodel the home to our liking. They completely remodeled the interior of the house and even added a bedroom. Next we are getting ready to complete the exterior. We can’t wait!
It has been difficult to get folks to call you back during the past year or so, and even more difficult to find someone who will do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. My wife and I had NONE of those issues when having our new metal roof installed by Integrity builders. Communication was clear. Things happened when they were supposed to, and any change in price was only after it had been discussed and approved. All work performed was done very well and exactly as promised. The workers were all polite, careful, and neat. All debris was hauled away and we weren't left with little hazards in the yard. We will be using Integrity builders again
