I wasn't happy with this company and feel their work was very low quality. Edit: It seems to be a trend that when this company gets negative reviews they claim to have no record of the person. I've now attached the start of the contract we signed together and their response saying they have no record of me as a customer.

I had previously left a negative review but it got removed. In fact, this company had several negative Google reviews and it seems they were all removed at some point.

I recently worked with Integrated NW Construction for a consultation regarding permitting in my area. They researched my historical permits, reviewed what might be needed in the future under different building opportunities, what could be reasonably anticipated, and what challenges might be faced. I offered to pay them for the consultation as it took some time to do the research, and it was valuable to me, but they were simply happy to help. They had depth of knowledge, and expertise that would benefit any potential builder.

We watched this company open a storefront in Hoodsport and, desiring to support local business, decided to just stop in one day and see what they were about. We own a small business ourselves and understand the type of commitment that is necessary to survive and succeed in a small town environment. We view online reviews as useful but also as the somewhat anonymous retaliatory method of choice for those who feel somehow slighted or with an agenda to persue; Caralyn and Rich deserve better. We immediately recognized business owners who make an honest and concentrated effort at professionalism within their business. Long story short, we were impressed enough to hire them for a bathroom expansion/remodel project at our Cushman cabin. Their contract was comprehensive, fair and communicated in detail...no surprizes. They handled all the permitting, engineering and compliance hassles for us. As work proceeded we elected to expand the scope of the project somewhat. A significant amount of "outside the box" creativity was needed and they provided excellent suggestions and tremendous vision for effective design elements. Well, we ended up with a near-complete transformation of our getaway cabin into a place we never want to leave! Our project has been completed for a few months now and the beauty and functionality of the work has continued to impress with each visit. These folks are a worthy addition to the community and deserve our enthusiastic support. We recommend them and can assure that they will listen and communicate solutions fairly and effectively if there are ever concerns (as there always will be). JOB WELL DONE, THANK YOU.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
