Referred to Innovative Repairs by my realtor to assess a potential roof leak in my condo. Anthony Aguilera was very prompt in scheduling a time to come out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs but instead helped determine the cause of the leak is the responsibility of the HOA. He wrote up a statement and quote that I submitted to my HOA so they can move forward with the repairs. Will definitely call Anthony again for home repair projects!

Anthony is the best! He came out same day, identified the problem and was able to fix it in under an hour. He will be who I reach out with future electrical needs because he was so speedy, knowledgeable and overall great to work with.

I'd like to thank Anthony and his crew at Innovative repair for their help in remodeling our bathroom in order to make as much room as possible in a small space for my mom who recently fell and would be in a wheel chair for a while. Anthony and his team between the holidays was able to come in and get the job done, they laid down a concrete walk way with a ramp to the drive way and some small repairs, as well, an added job to replace her carpet in her room. Needles to say mom is happy and recovering in a better situation. Can't thank them enough.

I was referred to Innovative repairs to service my 8-9 year old gas hot water heater on Tuesday. There was no emergency and I was not in a hurry. I just wanted it serviced so it would last longer.
I completed a form online that was sent to me via text. (I like dealing through texting; I absolutely dislike email) Dates, time and price were agreed to via texts between me and Anthony, the owner.
The next afternoon Rudy, a pleasant young man (I'm a senior) showed up. He had a big smile on his face when I opened the front door and introduced himself. The water heater is outside so I sent him back and continued with my work in the house.
Later I heard a horrible rumbling noise. I've heard it several times before and though it was my generator. Anthony called to let me know what Rudy found. I went out back to Rudy. Nope, it hasn't been my generator making that horrible noise, It's been my hot water heater all these months, warning me that it was ready for the junkyard.
I finally decided to replace the water heater with one similar instead of upgrading to the smaller tankless one. Price and timing was agreed. I received an excellent price quote. I let Anthony know that I had to leave at 9:30.
Rudy and another nice guy arrived early, changed-out the tank, tested, cleaned up the area and hauled away the old tank and debris well before 9am.
Everything went smoothly. I say the reason for that is because Anthony knows how to run a profitable business. His business is organized, well run and he has hired exceptional people like Rudy who do the onsite servicing. Rudy acted like he enjoys his work.
In speaking with Rudy, I learned that Innovative repairs has several diverse services besides plumbing.
As I've gotten older, my go-to handymen have retired. I have been bereft of knowing who to call for numerous types of repairs. I've been overwhelmed with online searches, reading reviews and ratings.
From this one experience, I am happy to recommend Innovative repairs for your hot water heater.

Great customer service and great prices! Innovative Repairs was the only company I spoke with who didn't overcharge and try to force me to replace an entire portion of my roof when all I needed was a small patch. I'm moving and made it clear that I only wanted a patch to repair the small leak. Anthony said it was no probelm at all! He gave me a very fair price and he was incredibly professional, kind and responsive. He sent a member of his crew, Rudy, on the day of our appointment. Rudy was very friendly, he did wonderful work and it was much faster than I expected as well! Over the span of about 5 years I have used these guys for work on both my home & investment property. They have completed about 15 to 20 jobs for me ranging from installing A/C unit to replacing garbage disposals to installing security cameras to assembling baby furniture. Anthony and his team followed instructions, took care / respected my property, and always asked before doing anything extra or different from the initial game plan. His prices are fair. You may find someone cheaper but I have never had to have him come back to re do or fix a job that wasn't done correctly the first time.
