Good service. I was able to narrow down the location of the leak to old copper piping that was in the concrete floor of the garage but the tech was able to verify and pinpoint the location of the leak and verified that the rest of the house was good to go.

Coleman Dayley was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing and why. I felt that he did a thorough job and provided me with the answers I needed and a solution to get it fixed.

Coleman worked efficiently and effectively to determine two of the solenoid valves were defective. Upon asking for a leakage test with the zonal valves shut off, a second visit was made at no cost. Innovative Leak Detection stands behind their service to insure they maintain the highest standard of testing and customer satisfaction.

Hayden did a fantastic job of being thorough and super thoughtful, thinking of every possible source for the leak in my house. Highly recommend. I wish I would have known this service existed sooner!

They were able to come out same day and the technician, Brayden, was very nice and explained the process well. He was within 1/2 a foot of the leak location in my yard/driveway area and the city/utilities were able to properly mark the area before my plumbers came to dig/cut concrete in the marked area to fix an underground pipe leak. All went smoothly thanks to Innovative Leak Detection.

Brandon arrived and went right to work, first isolating the line that was leaking. He then made best efforts to find the exact location and zeroing in on the area with the most “bubbling”. Very friendly and professional, he was easy to work with!

This was the first time I’ve worked with this company and my experience couldn’t have been better. I had a leak in the main line from the meter to my house which was brought to my attention by the city notifying us. I’ve worked in trades for many years and normally take care of these issues myself but this time, I could not find any indication of a leak. After a lot of research, I contacted Innovative Leak Detection. They were very quick to take my call and were able to make it out same day, within about an hour. The guy that showed up was very professional, friendly and was able to locate the leak fairly quickly which he was sure was under a concrete slab near the foundation of our home. Since we couldn’t see any water, he offered to go into our crawl space to investigate further. Sure enough, he noticed water leaking into the crawl. He took a video and shared it with me for documentation. I will also say the area he marked was within 12” or less of the break. Absolutely excellent service and experience. I would definitely work with them again (although I hope I don’t have to.. haha). I will definitely recommend them to others.

Great service prompt timing and only took about 1/2 hour to locate and 10 minutes to set up and my water line is approximately 1200 ft long. Will definitely use there service if needed again !!!!!!

While the guys that work at ILD are really nice, the leak detection wasn't good at all. My property is about a little over an acre and on hilly, forested terrain. My water line is about 400-500 ft long. ILD blew air into my line and determined the leak to be in a certain spot; I dug it up and no leak was found. Very frustrating. They offered to come back at a half-hourly rate, but I called a different leak detection company that has better equipment/technology to both locate my water line and the leak, which they did... and for much cheaper, too. And I just didn't want to pay more money when I realized the other leak detection company had better techniques and more seasoned professionals.

ILD may be good for simple water leaks in a typical residential setting, but they aren't equipped for anything more. And even though I am still "residential" in a small town, my property is still a little rough. I wish the ILD rep had acknowledged that they were out of their league and sent me to a different leak detection agency that could better handle my situation.

Brayden Meza from Innovative Leak Detection was very professional and courteous. I showed him the layout of the third floor where the two bathrooms and laundry room were located. I also showed him where there had been small amounts of water leaking through the second floor living room ceiling smoke detector. Then he started his detective work. Through a few layout measurements he realized that master bathroom wall is directly above the leaking smoke detector. The leak was my fault for removing the drain stopper and not fixing it immediately. I will definitely fix that today!

My initial review was 2 star because their first leak ID was not correct. We dug up a ten foot long section of irrigation pipe. No leak. But the owner contacted me immediately after my 2 star rating, and sent the tech back to go over the system. It's a complex system with 24 zones, some steel pipe from 40 years ago, some new poly pipe. 2+ acre property. He's a very good technician. He was on it. After a detailed air pressure exam of every single line, he finally found the leak in a remote corner of the property, about two feet down, where an iron fitting from 40 years ago gave way. One other leak detection group had come out here as well and they totally missed the mark. Plus our contractor and landscaper tried to help. Nobody could get it. In the end, the Innovative Leak Detection tech got it. Bravo! Revised to 5 Stars.

One of my sons was at the property when your employee came to find leak. I had another company come to the property this morning to excavate and repair. He checked the leak. His probe went straight down at least 20 feet from where your employee marked the ‘leak’. My son observed both leak detectors. Very different methods. One probed, yours didn’t or not as much. I feel I got taken. Even another company owner without probing felt the leak was closer to the well, not the shed. So 2 out of 3 say one thing and yours marked the leak 20 feet away close to turn off valve?
So over 400 for ? Maybe your employee needs more experience or instruction?
