These are easily the fastest and sloppiest roofing hacks in town! I hired them to put a very expensive roof on my house. Since installation the roof has leaked in 2 different places. The pictures show where I had to put roofing sealer on the inside of the shingles to stop the leak which is ruining my drywall. The decking was damaged by installers and they don't care, so they shingled right over it. The roof still leaks and upon further inspection by REPUTABLE roofing companies, this roof was not installed per city of Lakewood code, many things out of place. I recently had the project manager out to look at it. They said there is nothing that they can or will do to fix it. They told me to deal with this myself.

Look at my pictures and you will know why to steer clear of this company. If you like having drip trays in your attic, hire these hacks. You can see where they nailed through the shingles where there was no decking underneath. Sloppy, not to code, and it leaks.

After receiving a letter from Mike Karczewski from Infinity Restoration we called and set an appointment to discuss getting our roof repaired. In our lifetime we have replaced roofs 3 times, but not until today did we ever receive such a professional and thorough job. Mike and his Team arrived on time and performed their work perfectly as described during our meeting with Mike.
The way they crafted the material to fit on our roof was awesome. When they were finished our house looked like it was brand new again. When finished they cleaned up around our house and yes got everything loose nail found on the ground.

It’s been years since I’ve had the kind of excellent customer service that Infinity Roofing/Restoration provided during my roofing project. My project manager, Troy, provided everything I asked for to decide about hiring them, such as proof of insurance, a blank copy of the proposed contract, and information as to the company’s qualifications. Troy communicated very effectively about what I should expect in terms of getting payment from the insurance company and about having the actual work done. I was concerned about loose venting after the installation and Troy made a special trip to my house to look at the venting and confirm everything was in place. Troy even advocated for me with the insurance company to get new gutters, which the adjuster approved. The work on the roof was very professionally done and the end product looks great. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing for any roofing project.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I feel compelled to do so after working with Troy Schlosser and Infinity Roofing! We had never been through a roof replacement, so we had a lot of questions about the process. Our project manager, Troy, was not only patient but very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire job, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. We had a great experience with Infinity Restoration. Our project manager, Jessica, was there for each step of the process, including working directly with our insurance. I had thought such a process would be long and drawn out. We had our new roof started within a week of our insurance adjuster coming out. Jessica was wonderful - she'll do what needs doing to get things just right.

John McLeod was excellent at answering my questions and following up with me throughout the process. He was very professional. He accommodated my schedule for having the roof replaced, so that i could get the dogs boarded during the process. He also helped me with my insurance company so I didn't have to play the middle man in dealing with the amount the insurance company paid out.

Jess and co got the job done efficiently and promptly. Frankly, the house looked amazing after they were done with it!

Do not use. I have been trying to figure out for a year what material they used on our roof for insurance purposes. I was told by the sales person Scott that I would have UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance shingles with our insurance claim to help prevent hail damage in the future. I picked out a sample of this material as shown the photo for my roofing material. That is NOT the material they used on my roof. I requested for months the paperwork that showed the material used, finally got something other than a vague invoice. They used a completely different shingle and I did not catch the error until 1 year after replacement. I wouldn't never recommend this company. Again, DO NOT USE.

We’ve had some gnarly storms come through the last couple years. We’ve had both Madeline and Ted inspect our roof afterwards. I appreciate that they’re always honest about the damage (or lack there of) and don’t try to push us in any direction. Luckily, we haven’t needed a roof replacement yet, but when we do, we’ll surely choose Infinity.

Maddie Valentine was great to work with. You hear horror stories about other roofing companies, but Infinity does things the right way. Maddie worked with our insurance company every step of the way and the roofers did an excellent job as well. I would recommend (and have) Infinity to anyone.

Dominic made the whole process seamless and stress free! There is no way I would have tackled roof, paint, gutters and screens on my own! Dominic took care of all the details and all I needed to do was choose my colors.. he even helped me with that as we looked so very closely at my exterior and said "is that gold"!!! (thankfully it was just the way the sun was shining on the wet test patch). Dominic was consistently on time, extremely helpful and communicated every step of the way! Thank you Dominic for making a stressful situation stressful no more and even enjoyable as my home was transformed! Well Done!

He was a God sent and our second hail roof replacement was less stressful!

Infinity and, in particular, Dan Anthone, man in charge of my repair, did an outstanding job of repairing hail damage to my property. I have had my roof replaced before and Infinity did a superior job, using 5 nails on each shingle instead of 3 as done previously.
Dan went above and beyond in finding the correct replacements for a skylight and roof power vent.

Stay clear of this company. I hired them as a referral from my neighbor. Who just so happens to friends with the project manager, Jay. The neighbor’s roof looks great, so I didn’t even second-guess hiring them to replace our roof. The job got started in February. The scope of work was to replace our roof, change a couple of skylights, and a couple of other things. To this day the skylights still haven’t been installed. At first we got the excuse that they were back ordered. Then I was told they would be installed and it didn’t happen.

Overall, my issues with this company are:
1. They don’t have any integrity. The PM over promised and severely under delivered. Their account manager, the person you go to when the PM sucks, also said things she didn’t deliver on.
2. Lack of communication. Jay dropped off the earth and won’t return a callback. Other people in that office are the same way.
3. They installed the roof during a windstorm and damaged my window screen, and an iron fence for which I paid for repairs out of pocket. I was told I’d be reimbursed. Looks like that also won’t be happening either which sucks because those repairs were slightly over $1000 and the fence was newly installed right before they started this job.
4. They left a bunch of nails, debris, and materials everywhere.
5. The insurance was paying for the repairs. They are trying to get more money from the insurance company. Which I don’t care about but I know this is the reason why they haven’t installed the windows. They agreed to pay for the windows and aren’t getting the margins they hoped for, so surprised the windows are back ordered.

If I had to do over I definitely would not have gone with them. Instead I would have gone through a preferred vendor of the insurance company.

Highly recommend Infinity Restoration. They re-roofed my house in Denver and did an excellent job. Nick Bay, our project manager, was extremely helpful throughout the process. Overall my experience with Infinity was nothing but positive!

Scope of work was remove and replace shingles on the house and storage shed, gutters and remove/replace/paint siding on the home. The entire project was supervised by Troy Schlosser and Hector supervising the siding. The work was done to code plus 1 which means it not only exceeded code but workmanship was excellent. The workers arrived on time and the leadman always checked in with me to explain what was to occur. Moreover, all workers were professional in appearance and possessed the tools to do the job. Finally, cleanup was done on a daily basis and so far, no nails have been found. All crews involved, like I mentioned, did one hell of a job. Finally, there was no interupption of DISH satellite or internet - now that is job knowledge - you would have to see my home to understand what I speaking of !

Infinity restoration has been the best contractor I’ve had work on my insurance repair. They arrived on time , did a quality job , and did a outstanding cleanup after they were done. If you need roofing,siding, gutters or anything else call these guys.

Sometimes you get a dud. I'm sure others have had a decent experience with the company, but that was not my reality. Perhaps it was the large number of hail claims, maybe I just fell through the cracks but overall I have been disappointed in the service from the company.

I needed both my roof and my siding attended to after last years hail storm. The roof went on pretty quickly even with an odd delay halfway through due to "county inspection". This was was hard to justify given other neighbors with a different contractor did not have the same delay getting that inspection during the same timeframe. The quality of the work was fine. Aside from some post cleanup and fixing of my gutters which was not done properly as well as having to replace my heat tape and fixing a flue penetration that was incorrectly installed. But I expect this sort of thing from contractors these days. And hey, who doesn't want to learn a bit of roofing skills by getting up there and removing and replacing a few shingles DIY?

The real issue came with the siding. I wanted at a minimum that some siding (not all) be replaced and the rest of the damage be repaired and repainted. My insurance company disagreed. This is expected since it was a negotiation. Infinity lost interest immediately in trying to help get the siding fixed. The representative from the company didn't visit or oversee any of the work or try and work to get a different supplemental approved. Perhaps it was uneconomic, perhaps it was just too much work. I don't know. The enthusiasm to help me get things done during the sales process evaporated pretty quickly when effort needed to be put forth.

So my two star rating comes from the lack of care. The workmanship is standard and likely indistinguishable from any other licensed roofer in Denver. The responsiveness and care by the sales people is what counts. You want your contractor to be on your side when it comes to dealing with insurance. After all you both want the maximum coverage payment. In dealing with Infinity I have felt that I'm all alone, and that is where my disappointment stems from.

Troy Schlosser and the team at Infinity restoration provided a superior service for the replacement of our roofs. Troy guided us through the process, met with the insurance agents on site and kept us informed at every step of the way before, during and after the work was completed. The team had our roofs replaced in less than 2 full days, were respectful of our property caused minimal disruption. Thank you all.

From the first time I met with Jay Blaine until the Infinity crew hung the last shingle Jay and his team exceeded my expectations every step of the way.

Jay and the Infinity team were everything my wife and I could ask for after a tornado damaged our roof. They were meticulous craftsmen, responsive, straightforward, patient, honest and incredibly polite, even when my wife and I were ornery and unreasonable.

Jay offered to come to our house and accompany our young insurance adjuster on his inspection, pointing out damage that the inexperienced adjuster might have missed if he had inspected our roof without Jay.

When I got the settlement offer from our insurance company, Jay wasn’t satisfied and called the adjuster on our behalf to explain that the adjuster had misquoted the cost of materials. In the end Jay got us an extra $7,000 so we could match the higher quality shingles that were on the roof we were replacing.

Midway through the process we had to postpone the installation. Even though it was entirely our fault, Jay bent over backwards to ensure that Infinity got the install completed before our originally requested deadline, and he and his team over delivered on his promise.

The infinity team completed the new roof in a day and a half and when they were finished they didn’t leave until they had picked up every last nail and broken shingle in our front and back yard.

Jay even made sure the subcontractor who installed our new gutters came out the day after the roof was completed. They installed our new gutters in an afternoon.

I could go on, but you get the idea. These guys are first class and I would recommend them without reservation to my closest friends and family.

Infinity did an outstanding job on my hail damaged roof. Working with Scott McLeod was a pleasure. He identified damages around the house and yard that I didn't see and the insurance company accepted. His crew did excellent work using top of the line shingles and other weatherproofing materials. Will use them again if the need arises.

Awesome service: Kevin Simpson made my roof replacement a no hassle project. From the time he showed up until the work was completed he handled everything. He worked with the insurance company and I didn’t have to lift a finger. My project was completed within a couple weeks and it looks amazing. Great company to work with!!! Highly recommended!!!

We had an original 30-year-old shake roof that desperately needed replacement. Dan and his team were really great to work with. After a hailstorm I needed my Roof, Siding and Gutters replaced. Infinity did a great job working with me and my insurance company. Three years later I am still picking up nails off my property. They did a sloppy repair and the roof is not flat in areas and I've had to put sealant over exposed nails that should be under the tiles!. I had a cable to melt ice running up the rain gutters and they never put it back . I called Justin on it and he came back and put it back on the roof but I couldn't find the plug. After climbing on the roof myself I discovered his men had cut the cap off and he knew it when he put it back up! I also found beer bottles and bottle tops on my property that showed me they had been drinking on the job. Do not use this company! They are only interested in collecting every bit if insurance money they can.

In 2019 we had severe hail damage to our roof and home. My Project Manager Troy Schlosser was very easy and honest to work with. Took the time to inspect and our home with us and explain everything to us as far as repairs needed and process. No pressure at all.
They did a great job and Troy took care of the insurance and solar panel companies for us. Overall is was a good experience and way less stress than it could have been.

We had the pleasure of working with Sonja Beekley of Infinity Roofing who introduced us to the possibility of using Home Owners Insurance to cover roof replacement. She climbed our roof, battled our insurance company and made city officials uphold the law. The end result... we have a beautiful new roof paid for by our insurance company (we paid our deductible), we had the pleasure of working with a professional who knows the business and insurance (Sonja) and also experienced a very professional and hard working installation crew.

I had a great experience with Joe and Infinity. I was concerned about possible roof damage and scheduled an inspection. Joe and his colleague climbed way up on our roof to check it out, and thankfully they found no damage. Amazingly, they didn't charge for this service! Joe even sent me photos to show me what he saw up there, realizing I'd never be crazy enough to go up myself.

My colleague referred me to Joe Munson at Infinity after I received funds from insurance for a roof claim I made. The work authorizing would not have fixed the fundamental problem, but it was a start. Joe worked with my insurance on a re-inspection and forwarded documents and pictures in pursuit of getting everything done correctly and maximizing the value of the insurance. As a result, the insurer agreed to fund a redecking of the entire roof as well as new gutters. Furthermore, Joe worked hard to make sure the work was done correctly and professionally, following up with the contractors and even doing some of the clean up. We appreciate all his great work and dedication to getting the job done correctly and all the time he spent getting us the best deal possible. We highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

I’m typically not the type to write a review, but I felt it was warranted. I had Robert Ptak with infinity help me get my roof replaced after an awful hailstorm in Brighton a couple years ago. Robert made what would normally be a difficult situation very stress free with his helpfulness and expertise. Then, to top it off, we sold our house this month and needed a copy of the warranty because we had lost it. I called Robert and, literally, within minutes, I had a copy of my warranty in my email! :). I could not recommend MORE Robert and the folks at infinity restoration for all your roofing needs. They really know how to go the “extra mile” for their customers.

Very happy with the work done on my roof! Mr. John McLeod was very attentive and helpful through the process. The results were on point!

Upon my first meeting with the Infinity representative he encouraged me to check out his business an even gave a list of agencies to contact to aid my investigation of Infinity to insure me that I was choosing a quality and reputable roofing company. The rep was totally looking out for me, the homeowner! Whatever Infinity promised they delivered. I did nothing while they handled everything and did all of the work, including dealing with my insurance company. In less than a day I had a new roof! And their cleanup of my property upon completion was spotless! If you want peace-of-mind when it comes to getting your roof done right then Infinity it is!

Wes Carr saved us! The insurance company first denied our claim and Wes walked me through everything with the insurance company to get my badly damaged roof replaced. He had to spend hours negotiating with my insurance company but got everything done and was very thorough with ensuring all the damage was covered. The end product is amazing and the crew cleaned up nicely and were quick in getting it completed.

We used infinity this year to replace our roof after hail damage. Brad came out and inspected our roof. He was very good about explaining things to us. He even came out and met with our insurance inspector to make sure we got everything covered. The crew did an amazing job! I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after the job! If I ever need a roof again I will be calling infinity!

I watched one of their contractors nearly cause a car wreck driving north bound on 287 out of Lafayette. Called the number on the side of the offender's truck and was asked by the receiver ”if he didn't hit you what are you complaining about." Whoa, they might be great craftsmen, but they're questionable citizens.

It was important to me, Dave Schulte former insurance agent, to refer my customers with damaged roofs to a company that gave professional customer service and quality workmanship. That company remains Infinity Roofing and Restoration. I highly recommended Dan Anthone and was pleased with the positive feedback I received from my customers. You won't find any better professionals in the roofing business than Dan and Tricia Anthone!

Great customer service. I asked them to come check my roof and they were able to meet my timeframe. They were very thorough. After taking pics of the damage, they took their time explaining what was wrong and how they would fix it properly. Really appreciate their help!!

I worked with Dan Athone of Infinity Restoration while he oversaw the removal of a massive fireplace flume atop the roof of my home and the subsequent re-roofing. He was professional, great to work with, and the work performed was of good quality and done in a timely manner.

I live in Pueblo Colorado and I own several rental properties. We had a really bad hail storm in our area. I never put in an insurance claim before, so I asked my insurance agent for suggestions. She recommended Dan Anthone from Infinity Restoration. Dan came down from Denver and inspected all our roofs. In addition, he inspected my son's and sister in laws roofs. He was very honest and upfront, and he explained the entire process to us. As it turned out our roof, my son's, and sister in laws roofs were fine. However, three of our rental properties suffered damage. The roofs were repairs on time. We did have one minor issue with one roof, but Dan was out the next day to take care of it. We were very happy. We herd horror stories of some of the roofing companies here in Pueblo, especially the one advertised on TV. We will definitely use Dan Anthone again.

Dan was very open on how he did his work and gave us addresses of homes in the area that he and his crew completed. He was especially helpful in working w/ our insurance company, making sure they were up to speed and paid out what was required for the restoration from the hail damage. His crew was very considerate in being careful not to damage our plants under the roof's drip line. They worked quick and clean up was well done. We would have no reservations in having Dan and his crew do another job for us or to recommend him to any friend of ours.

Dan the Roof Man was excellent when it came to replacing our roof. He came out quickly and always flexed around our schedule. Infinity Roof replaced our roof quickly and Dan got every single penny covered by insurance. Infinity is priced according to the market and is very fair. On top of that, Dan has been an incredible advocate for all of the other hail damage the house sustained. He has come out multiple times to talk to the insurance adjuster. The insurance gave us very little to replace our windows and a window company would not help us get the replacements paid for. I asked Dan to help with the windows and he stepped up. He got us an additional $30,000 to help replace our windows, he found a window specialist, and he has fought for every single thing to be covered by insurance. So far, we haven't had to pay anything above our claim deductible. I highly recommend Dan to be your contractor. Not just your Roof Man, but for everything else. Oh, and the roof looks pretty nice too!

Update August 2020: everything is done: the roof, the windows, the deck, the paint, everything! Dan took care of it all and the best part, we paid NOTHING out of pocket beyond the deductible for the hail claim. Insurance covered it all with Dan's help! He brought the adjuster out to justify every single cost. I am just blown away at how big of a project this was, the final cost ($106,000), and how Dan just came through big time!!! The effort that Dan put in on this project was incredible. Even for small things like lights, lattice work, screen doors. Every detail was covered and he advocated for us the whole way through. I can't imagine what a mess this would have been, and the cost if we didn't find Dan. I HIGHLY recommend Dan! If we have to do this again, there is no question in my mind who I would call. Dan is AWESOME!!!!

Jessica Stafford was the project manager on my home over in the Morrison,CO area following multiple hail storms we had in June/July 2023. Jessica did a phenomenal job from start to finish from the initial damage assessment through the appraisal and scheduling of the supply delivery to the roofers getting the job done very quickly even with a total re-decking required once the shingles were removed. I would strongly recommend Infinity Restoration and Jessica as she did a super job managing multiple projects at one time. GREAT JOB!!!!!
