Disappointed they promise we will receive $840 in rebate, we didn't receive it because the install in oct. 2022, our cool roof, which didn't meet the city requirements, which the city told us it was effective 7/22. The offer is two years maintenance complimentary. Finally, they booked in November 2023. They scheduled an appointment for 8 am and called to change it to mid day, which I told it would not work for me. Then they said they would come after 8 am. I waited until 11 a.m., and then I had to leave. My camera recorded workers coming at 1:30pm. They called during the week and left a message about why I was not home. I told them I couldn't wait all day for them to come. I've never heard from them again. I think it was all pretending they were trying to make good on their mistakes. All was good until the roof was installed. After the installation, I could not reach anyone, and they did not respond to my calls.
The roof installation was fine. They installed GAF shingles for us. Their crew was experienced and skillful. Bad in follow-up after installation and unreachable.

I had a very good experience with Immaculate Roofing. They installed a insulation with the roof material as well (2 inch energy guard GAF Poly Iso rigid foam) along with plywood along w RUBEROID® Torch, finial shingles and attic ventilation. Derek, the owner, and Antony, the project manager, answered all questions throughout the process and ensured a quick process once we were scheduled. He has a very professional crew and they took precautions to ensure debris didn't spread into the yard/pool. Also putting interior plastic sheeting in my living room and dining room where rafters could allow dust into the home. The experience and professionalism is the best you can find. I'm very happy w the result.

We spoke with several roofers and decided upon Immaculate because of their responsiveness and professionalism. They were slightly more costly than others, but I would do it all over again. From the first phone call to the final inspection, we had amazing service. The business is highly organized, efficient and CLEAN. The crew showed up on time every day and at the end of the workday used a magnet to retrieve nails, a blower to clean any mess and they picked up loose debris. Any concerns are dealt with immediately. You would never know they had been there. Our roof looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.

These guys set the bar high for themselves and then jumped right over it. If you name your roofing business immaculate, you have set some pretty high expectations for what is usually a pretty messy job. But that is exactly what they did. Everything was clean, professional, and incredibly well managed.

Beyond their name and their tidiness, they were just an absolute pleasure to work with. Mike (our PM), Derek, Josh, Eddie and the entire crew were complete professionals. The delivered what they said they would deliver, they finished early, they left the site safe for my daughters at the end of each day, they were incredibly mindful of us during the work, they were responsive to my concerns and addressed every last one (usually going above and beyond), and they were just fun to have around. I found myself almost missing them after the job was done, lol. Even the noise was surprisingly less than what I was expecting which was a huge bonus when getting your roof done whilst working/learning from home. I honestly cant think of a single complaint, or even something minor to pick them up on.

One thing in particular that stuck with me and was indicative of how they worked occurred at the very end of the project. There was a loose cable wire hanging off the roof that they were in the process of re-securing back to the structure during the final walk through. I have some painting to do on the siding, so I told them not to worry about it as I would probably need to take the cord back out and reattach later. When I said this, the carpenter had this look on his face of bewilderment. Mike explained to me that he was a perfectionist, and it would be hard for him to just leave the cable sitting there. I told him he was more than welcome to secure it if he wanted to, it just wasn't necessary. He went back up to the eave and got the cord tucked away perfectly. That level of detail, of pride in your work, not wanting to leave the job 99.9% done but 100%; that is incredibly hard to find these days and makes me feel even more secure about all the other work that was done. That's the kind of ethos you are going to get from Immaculate, a job done right.

I just had my final walk through with Immaculate Roofing South Bay. I couldn't have been happier with my new metal roof for my home in Palos Verdes. The owner Derek his crew provided me with several options for metal roofing systems. They came out and offered me a free estimate and sent me a detail scope of work and proposal. Although they weren't the cheapest, they definitely are the best. The investment was much worth not worrying and hiring experts to get the job done right. I can see why these guys are in big demand. The crew took extra precaution to protect my rose garden and swimming pool. I am very happy with the skylight installed. I highly recommend Immaculate Roofing, especially if you want a no hassle experience. I will be definitely be using them again for commercial roofing services to install solar panels for my buildings Hawthorne. Thank you Derek and Josh. Both are a delight to work with.

The Immaculate Roofing crew are incredible. I had a metal roof installed at my home in Manhattan Beach. From start to finish the workmanship was second to none. I had tons of eave repairs and these guys are masters. They were very respectful and responsive to any questions and concerns I had, and I had a lot of them. The crew was always on time or early and thoroughly cleaned up the area at the end of the day. I am very grateful for a job well done.
