Hands down 10 out of 10. After a storm they checked over the roof and let me know that the roof was fine. I appreciated that they told me the roof was in good condition since I would have had no other way of knowing. They saved me money due to their honesty. The inspection was also free of charge so they didn’t make a dime off me. This confirmed they were trustworthy for me and the fact they were prompt and courteous put them over the top.
After a wind storm in our area Ideal Contracting checked out our roof and found damages, it was enough for our insurance company to cover the entire roof replacement. The storm seemed minor to us, but Chad and his crew knew what they were talking about when he said there was enough damages for our insurance company to pay for our roof replacement in full.
When it came time to replace our roof the entire replacement only took one day. They were here on time and they knew what they were doing. I would definitely hire them again!
