I strongly recommend ICOR!! I was looking for someone to install a composite deck around a newly installed in ground pool. I googled "composite deck installation" and ICOR came up. I called and Kenny came right out. He was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had some great design ideas on the layout and I immediately felt that he would do an amazing job, and that he did!! He has an amazing core team of people . Josh, Steve, Mike and Jake were all so friendly and talented as well. It was obvious that the entire team really cared about the job and they were awesome! Mike even jumped in the pool (very cold) to work on the pool coping that they were kind enough to install for me. Kenny and crew installed a beautiful glass fence for me as well, and it was done perfectly. I can't say enough good things about the entire team. When building my home, I did NOT have a great experience, so they were a breath of fresh air and I appreciate all they did!! BTW, this is the longest review I've ever written!!

My wife and I were looking to replace our old deck, and chose Kenny and his team. We are thrilled with our decision, and the finished product is amazing. I wanted to highlight some important aspects to their work: precise planning, strong knowledge and educating the customer in simplistic terms, clearly communication in organizing and executing the plan, and tenacity to getting the job done on time, within budget.

When Kenny came out to provide us a quote, he detailed specific items to our project, reviewing with us the old foundation, types of wood, spacings of beams, and what it meant to moving to composites. After we chose his team, he went into detail on the different types of composite solutions, types, and layouts.

The knowledge of the team is extensive. We reviewed many different composite layouts, which was new to us, why they are done, with framed concepts. We talked to how to adjust the solution to meet our current deck 's dimensional patterns. Talked to color choices made by previous customers detailing the solutions. The provided a detailed estimate, and stuck to it throughout the execution of the plan.

The explanations of their choices was detailed but simple, and all of our conversations were organized within their systems, along with billing. This simplified the overall process, making it easy to follow, based on our feedback to the Team, and how that decision impacted their plans.

The team is professional and tenacious in how the kept to their schedule and plan. At any time there was a decision to be made they kept us in the loop, uncovering anomalies in the old deck and working through them, changes we suggested in framing the surface, working through some very challenging weather, keeping the yard in order during the work.

I would highly recommend this team for your future work, either decks, kitchens, bathrooms, and other house related constructions. We plan on using them in the near future.

Also, when you work from home, disruptions can be expected when having major renovations done. I will have to say, Josh and Mike, two of the many fantastic team members of ICOR were like "contracting ninjas" --- you literally wouldn't know they were there half the time! So incredibly caring with how they kept the noise down; cleaned impeccably after each day; and showed true dedication to their craft.

My husband and I chose ICOR to fully install a bathroom in our basement and they were fantastic start to finish. Kenny was great for all of the quotes and project management. He was very upfront and honest. For the day to day, we mainly worked with Steve and can’t say enough good things about his workmanship and professionalism. We used ICOR to remove a load bearing wall that separated two equal sized rooms (living room & family room) on our first floor. Our goal was to create a large living room that would add a feeling of openness to our home, and allow us to host large family gatherings.

This was not a simple job, and required rerouting of heat and water supplies/returns, drainage, and electrical, as well as the fabrication and installation of a 16 foot steel beam, supported by steel posts, lally columns and foundation footers in the basement (All of which were installed by ICOR). The beam was recessed into the ceiling, and is not visible. Our project was a tall order, and ICOR DELIVERED!

ICOR expertly handled the project from demo to finish work, and their subcontractors for engineering, plumbing, and electrical were also fantastic. From the beginning, Kenny took time to explain the process in a way that we could understand. Any questions were quickly answered, and concerns were met with respect and addressed quickly when needed.

Kenny's team was courteous, timely, and hard working. We worked primarily with Mike, Josh, and Steve, all of whom reflected Kenny and ICOR's company values.

We had a tricky remodel in the original part of the house... the old part of the house. Not surprisingly, we discovered rotten supporting beams etc. Kenny was very professional and provided all documentation (videos and pics) and explanation (in layman's terms) with regards to remediation. Kenny was also very attentive and really understood the intricacies of our project, proposing solutions that we may not have thought of. His crew, Josh, Steve, and Mike, were super professional, communicated all the steps that they were taking, and they were a real pleasure to work with. There was real investment in the project on their part and real ownership of the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

We used ICOR for a kitchen remodel. We are extremely happy with the results and the timeliness of the project. Kenny is great and coordinates with his team extremely well. Steven does great work and even went the extra mile to come by toward the end of his day to make sure we had a functioning sink in the middle of the project. Josh and Mike did great work with the tile and even made some small, custom adjustments to the faucet to accommodate with the new farmhouse sink. The whole team is extremely efficient and do high quality work. Each member of the ICOR team is extremely pleasant and responsive. Taking care to protect floors and countertops throughout the process and leaving the workspace clean, even at times cleaner than it was when they got there. Steven, josh and mike were even great with out dog who was very interested in the work being done. We would recommend ICOR to anyone considering any home remodeling and we certainly will for any future projects.

Our bathroom remodel with ICOR was a great experience. Planning through execution went smoothly, this team communicated well throughout the entire project. Due to a scheduling conflict we needed to delay this project, and Kenny was easy to work with in having the work rescheduled a few months later. During the planning phase, Beau was with us every step of the way from design to product selection, and he touched base frequently throughout the project to ensure things were going as planned. During the demolition and remodel, Josh, Mike and Steve were all extremely friendly, excellent communicators, and respectful of our home. Everyone that came to work here was extremely sweet to our older dog (who would have been happy bothering them all day)! I know it's not easy doing work in a small home where people are already living, and regardless they each did what they could to make this as painless as possible for us. They each worked around me being home (I work remotely), they were very respectful of our things, our space, they fully cleaned up every day before leaving and they kept their equipment neat and contained in the work space so we were able to go about our normal lives with very little disruption. The team quickly came up with solutions for the few unexpected situations, it seems that they all work well together & they complement each others skillsets nicely. They were efficient while also taking time when needed to focus on the "little things" which really matters in a small home and small space. It was a pleasure having this team do the work, we are happy with the final product of a gorgeous new bathroom, which was completed much faster than we had anticipated (and sooner than it was estimated) while maintaining high quality and attention given to every single detail. We highly recommend this team, and we will definitely be using them again for future home projects.

Kenny and his crew did a great job on our window replacements. The whole process was super easy, and Kenny was able to provide the feedback that we needed in order to select the right replacement windows for our house. We worked with Kenny and his crew last year for remodeling. Kenny was very friendly and knowledgable, he promptly answered all or our questions and made recommendations. Crew was professional, efficient, and completed the work on time. When we reached out for a minor follow-up work six months later, they were very responsive and helpful. Erich did spend some time with us to do minor fixes, and even offered to replace out damaged door screen, all free of charge! I hired ICOR to replace a 3 panel slider and 4 double casement windows. They were recommended by a large lumber yard in RI. There were manufacturing delays, Covid delays, and weather delays, but the windows and door are in. The ICOR crew was perfect in all ways from detailed and professional installation to excellent and caring customer service. Our house was covered in drop cloths to prevent a mess and fully cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each day. I wish I had known ICOR years ago for our major bathroom/kitchen renovation. Kenny and his crew did a great job on our remodel. He had specialists for each area of the job that came and did great work on tile, flooring, changed the layout of kitchen and bathrooms, etc.

Also ordered picture windows through him which he installed. Always on time and wore masks when my elderly mother in law was visiting.

We hired Kenny and his team to do some wood repair on our deck. He came over and walked through the job and explained things in a way that were easy to understand. We talked through different options and he was very pro-active in setting up the job in a way to keep the cost of the project down. When it came time to do the work his team was in and out quick.
