Hope's Metal Roofing

Hope's Metal Roofing converted my shingle roof to standing seam metal. This was a large residential roof on a 1.5 story with many challenging features that included 2 large chimneys, multiple valleys, skylights, peaks and roof penetrations (vent pipes, furnace).

Hope's Metal Roofing was up to the challenge, met and exceeded my expectations on addressing all issues they encountered and observed.

The leaking skylights were removed and 2 new ones were changed to curb mount version. Our addition was flashed up against the old wall with solid metal. The chimney flashing was cut into the mortar (kerfed and caulked), special attention was given to the furnace pipe when it fell on a roof seam and a custom on site metal flashing was constructed in addition to the high heat rubber boot. Wet plywood was removed/replaced in two areas. We took the opportunity to add insulation as well where needed at this time.

The longest run area of the roof included a pitch change that was addressed in a well thought out install.

All roof lines and valleys were impeccably straight and visually pleasing.

All of Jeremy Hope's suggestions and advice were valuable and heeded. But this was all discussed ahead of time. His crew was very efficient, skillful, talented and worked together well as a team. Cleanup everyday was performed and appreciated by the homeowners.

These are above average installers with a high skill level and good practices. They understand water flow and leak prevention. Their work ethic is unsurpassed. On time every morning and stay late as well. As far as I could tell proficient at multi tasking.

Hope's did everything we agreed to in the contract and more. Great communication skills and stayed in touch with updates as needed.

Great job! We're especially pleased at the quality and timeliness of the completion. My homeowners insurance surprisingly is sending me a rebate check for $400 and will be prorated annually because of the metal roof.

Jeremy’s team replaced our shingled roof. He kept us updated and informed throughout the process. We were very appreciative of the military and senior discounts. Right from the start, Jeremy set our minds at ease with his honest and frank assessment of why we needed a better standing seam metal roof rather than the masterib metal roof that we currently already had. Before we called Jeremy we had had several leaks in different areas, and he came out and explained why are old roof needed to be redone to prevent further damage to our house. His crew was amazing. They showed up early and stayed late each day to maximize a day's work and to finish the job in a timely manner. The crew is very experienced, they had good repour with each other- they were considerate to our needs - they were always asking if we had any concerns or questions - they paid great attention to detail to ensure things were measured correctly. Each day they would clean up the old metal screws and old metal pieces - and the final clean up left the yard looking better than it did before they started. The estimate of costs was almost spot on of the final cost - which for us was something important as well. Jeremy followed up on their work daily. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with his work - but were impressed with the positive attitude of the entire crew - which is an indicator of a good company. We would recommend to all future/current homeowners who are looking to replace their roof.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful Jeremy and his crews are with Hopes Metal Roofing! We would give 10 stars if we could! We had a building contractor that built an addition, but stopped before putting a roof on. (we won’t mention their name.) Anyway, we called Jeremy on a rainy day, our addition was flooded! He came right out and waterproofed our house in the rain! He and his helper were soaked though, but stayed up on the roof until he made sure our house was waterproofed! We asked him if him and his company, Hopes Metal Roofing, would be available to install our roof. He said absolutely! When Jeremy came on site, the metal truck also arrived and cut each piece of metal we needed for our roof! After removing our shingle roof off the original part of our house, they set to installing our new metal roof! We love our new standing seam metal roof! And Jeremy and his crew were very knowledgeable, precise, they kept us informed of what, how and why they did the steps they did while installing our roof. We not only had metal roofing installed on our house, but also our garage and a small shed. They treated each structure like it was the most important structure. Their quality never faulted once! Jeremy was very professional he returned our phone call immediately even though he was on vacation with his family. Scheduled an estimate for Thursday, guy calls to reschedule. We agree for Saturday afternoon, never heard from the guy after messaging him. I let the guy know I was driving 8 hours round trip and to let me know if he can't make it. I had just had open heart surgery and drove up there and back home for nothing. The blatant unprofessionalism was not necessary and very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend this company to anyone that values their time.

Jeremy was very quick with coming to our home for an estimate. Living a decent distant from him he didn't hesitate coming by. He explained straight forward cost of labor and material. Explained what he noticed needed to be done in repairs, listened to our request of taking the skylight out of the bathroom, and explained the whole job to us that would be done.
