Hometown did a really great job of working to find me the materials that I wanted for my gutters. In looking for a shiny copper aluminum gutter, I called many vendors and installers, all of whom (except Hometown) indicated that they didn't have any in stock and weren't sure when they might have more, so recommended I just keep calling them intermittently. Hometown took a much more customer-oriented approach and spent many months following up on supply chain delays and looking for materials several states away in order to find the correct materials, and ultimately were able to secure them and do the install. It looks great, and everything about the experience was professional and polished. Thanks!
