The roofing job went very well. The crew was very thorough keeping me updated the whole way through. They did a very good job of cleanup, found a couple nails around the back of the house, but nothing in the front or driveway ... I think James (from Homeguard) went over it several times before leaving.

My experience with HOMEGUARD Roofing was very satisfactory - right from the first meeting with Robert and Geoff until the job was finished. They removed two layers of old shingles, installed plywood decking on the existing ship lap and cleaned up after so you could not tell that they had been there. I have full confidence that they 50 year warranty that came with the installation will be giving me peace of mind in the future.

Homeguard recently replaced the roof at my parents' home. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and for the price we were quoted, which was the lowest of three quotes that I obtained. As a bonus, we were able to get 24-month interest free financing on the roofing materials supplied by Home Depot because Homeguard is affiliated with their Home Services Contractor Referral program and has been vetted by them.

What a wonderful, stress free experience! The owner and employees were all exceptional to deal with. Robert, my contact, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the process in detail, inspected for possible leaks and damage from the attic side of roof and made me feel I was in safe hands. The crew was fast, efficient and very polite. Robert came both days to check on progress and the day after to check on cleanup. The price was definitely less than I had figured and I included a new venting system. Spoke with others re price and was advised I was getting great value for the price. I am extremely happy with my new roof. Looks great and should last for a long time. Home guard is a great company to deal with. They were fast, friendly and did a beautiful job of my mom’s roof.

This is the only roofing company that actually made personal contact with us, for an estimate, out of 6 roofing companies! They made sure that we understood the work being done, reasons for the costs involved and the timeframe needed. They went out of their way to access materials when new issues came up & still had the work completed on time. The whole property was cleaned up in between work days as well. Communication was impeccable, via email & texts to keep everything rolling.

Homeguard repaired roof damage due to a fallen branch and replaced a gutter system on our garage roof. In addition, the house roof was inspected, repaired and cleaned. The entire process was reasonably priced and highly professional; all workers were courteous, informative, and responsive. Our experience with Homeguard Roofing and Renovations was excellent. The day before Christmas, with the heavy snow and freezing rain our back gutter broke off. I emailed Homeguard expecting a response in early January, Geoff immediately responded, Miller was onsite the week between Christmas and New Years, and the gutters were done the week after. Miller was excellent to deal with. I whole heartedly recommend Homeguard.

The main man was great but then got one if his workers to look and sfter 2wks gone no reply or gelp. I called and still no reply ir answer.
