Rob did a home inspection for us today. On one if the hottest days of the summer so far, he went into all of the attics and actually went up on the roof.He was extremely thorough. I was very impressed and so was my realtor. I highly recommend Rob Foley!

By far the most comprehensive, detailed and professional home inspection we've had done and we've probably had somewhere around 18-19 in our lifetime. Our report was 81 pages long(yes 81 pages) and included pictures and descriptions of every issue in an easy to read format. Of course we were not very pleased at the condition of the higher end waterfront home we were attempting to purchase but we would have never known all the issues if Robert wasn't so thorough and detailed oriented. This report saved us from a potential nightmare purchase. We also received the report back the same day(later in evening). We don't particularly care to write reviews unless on those rare ocassions we are given outstanding service and that is exactly what we received with this job.

I sent an email on Sunday May 24th about having a home inspected that week. Within half an hour I already talked to Robert and he even did the home inspection on Monday May 25 Memorial Day!!!! I was so surprised that he called me back on Sunday and even did the inspection on a holiday!!! This is the best customer service I have ever seen. That afternoon he had the report finished and called to go over what he found. All of this done on a holiday! He was very professional and made sure I understood the report. I will recommend him to anyone in this area to call him and no one else!!! If you want a detailed, professional and best service on an inspection, call Robert!!!!

I would rate Mr. Foley 10-stars if I could! He brings a wealth of construction knowledge into the home inspection. From roof to crawl space he carefully evaluated all points of inspection and verified all home systems. There was no stone left unturned. If there is a problem, Mr. Foley will find it, discuss it with you, and note it in an outstanding report which he provided on the day of the inspection. The quality of the home inspection and level of professional service could not give me any greater confidence in my prospective home purchase.

Mr Folley was extremely accommodating to my short timeline for inspection. Very punctual, very efficient, extremely reasonable rate and open to answer question in a manner easily understood. I have used multiple inspectors over the years and Robert is unquestionably the best.

Rob has an excellent reputation for being thorough, highly professional, and eminently capable to communicate all his findings in clear language. The inspection we asked him to conduct met - and in fact exceeded - our expectations. He was punctual, methodic, and stayed in touch with us during the several hours that the home inspected lasted. He also provided, on the spot, invaluable information about the house we were considering buying. His report, which we got only hours after the actual inspection, was comprehensive (46 p.!) and easy to understand. Rob was extremely thorough! He was in the crawl space for over 30 minutes. My real estate agent said that many will just shine a flashlight at the entrance. Rob also went up on the roof for quite awhile and my agent said most inspectors observe the roof from the ground. I've had many houses and always did my own inspection. I will always hire Rob in the future!!

Rob and Vickie were great. We had to change dates several times and they were accommodating. They arrived early and were very thorough. I googled a home inspector in the Lancaster area and found Rob. I selected him because he had high reviews. I emailed him late Friday evening and he responded immediately with a response (which surprised me for a Friday evening) and set up a time to speak the following morning. I explained to him that I needed to have someone inspect the property as soon as possible because the owners were going out of town the following Wednesday. Rob immediately said he could inspect the property on Monday morning at 8am. I could not believe how accommodating he was. I asked that he call me afterwards to review his findings and he did. The owners actually called me before he did. They told me how wonderful he was and that I had selected a good inspector and that he deserved kudos for his work. How often does the owner of the property that the inspector is inspecting do that?

Rob reviewed his findings by phone and sent me the detailed report that afternoon. Rob and his team were very professional and his inspection was thorough We didn’t expect him to find much, which he didn’t, but he did find small items that we needed to be aware of. We are so glad we selected Rob and our decision to select him was solely based on his reviews. We hope that our review of his services for us will convince the next person that he is he right person for their inspection!
