Manny was very responsive & the crew worked within the timeline to replace the siding, gutters & windows on my house. After a couple of months had to call them back because my dining room ceiling was leaking because gutter was not properly placed. They came back agn because birds found their in space left open from the work.

It’s been abt 3 years and I’ve discovered some of the siding is not secured to the house, had a hornets removed from an opening left between the siding & the house, 3rd flr gutters are not screened like the others causing a back up & water is leaking behind in the bathroom wall because they left a hole in the flat roof they were supposed to seal and (agn) siding is not properly attached and sealed to the house. This was discovered because of the mold on the bathroom ceiling. I tried to contact them but never received a call back.

Now I have had 2 other contractors to address the issues. I was pleased with the work because my house looks great but the underlying issues from work not done properly have proved to be costly.

Manny and his team are amazing. One of the best contractors I've worked with this year. Friendly, on time, professional and honest. Manny gave us a great price for the project, and was very patient with us in explaining the process and schedule. The work done was top quality, and his team cleaned up after the project like magic.
