HES electrical replaced power from a very old pole (that broke in half) to a nice newer pole. Also fixed anything that needed fixing as we inherited it just as it was not knowing anything about the kind of work they do. They were great, did a wonderful job. We are so happy with their work. Need electrical work done, you need to call them.

James found out that I didn't have hot water in my house, they came out on their Christmas holiday & fixed my electrical for me so I wouldn't be without hot water. They brought a generator so I could use my stove to stay warm. They did an excellent job & were so kind and courteous. If you need electrical done call James & his crew.

Fire at the substation blew (permanently) one of my breakers. HES was able to come & replace it a day earlier than originally scheduled. So appreciated it as it was for my kitchen lights. They were so fast & efficient I added on having an outlet installed in the master bedroom closet. I no longer have to drag out an extension cord to vacuum it.

Had an issue with a GFCI circuit and lights, James came out promptly and the issue corrected in under an hour. Highly recommend Home Electrical Services

Home Electrical Services was absolutely amazing from talking to James, the owner, Grace in the office and Junior who fixed our air conditioning. They fit us into their busy schedule and communicated so well I always knew what to expect. Junior was brilliant! He quickly assessed the issue and even gave us tips to help cool our hot house while he gathered what was needed to fix our A/C unit. He clearly communicated the issue and what it would take to get it resolved. I felt so cared for and not like another box to tick in their schedule. I cannot recommend Home Electrical enough. I’m extremely pleased with the quick response to my electrical problem James came out the same day and diagnosed the problem he didn’t have the parts with him but came back early the next morning and got my pool pump up and running

Hired them to install Exit signs in our building and it was very quick and good service! Very nice man and crew too. They talked to us the entire time and they were not rude at all. Very nice!

Store Signs-I have two old signs,with individual lettering signs, that was inoperative and there were no replacement parts available. I called HES and they came out and said they could retrofit the signs with LED lights, they did an excellent job. The signs look great. Moses Lake Liquor and Wine.

The team at HES responded timely, provided an accurate quote and got me on the schedule within a few weeks. Work completed by James and he did the work with excellence and nothing for me to do but plug in my Telsa. Highly recommend them if you need electrical work completed.

I have used HES a few times and I feel like their service has always been professional and reasonably priced. They got the work done faster than expected on the last job and the price came in much lower than the quote they had given me.

Since we live in Richland, WA, it wasn't easy to find an electrical contractor that would go to Connell, WA for a job on short notice. Worked out great.

When I asked for a estimate they were fast and timely. We had our meter base relocated and a new one installed. Their estimate was all inclusive. They pulled all necessary permits and had all the parts for the job. The crew was very professional. Great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

River Klein and crew gave the most efficient service. We had no power due to a fusebox blow out. Absolutely amazing. Bravo.

Overall this company was great. When I called due to my power being partially out, they were able to come on the same day. Even tho I rescheduled they came in a timely manner and the electrician was able to fix my problem in less than an hour. He was very professional and so is the company. I would definitely recommend.

I was in Lowes on a Saturday looking for a part to fix my breaker box. As I was looking and becoming frustrated, James introduced him and his son and ask me if he could help me find what I was looking for! This on a Saturday after I listen to him explain on his phone to other people that he was off and working on his own project! But he still offered advice to them and ask them to call him on Monday. He gave me a business card and ask me to call him on Monday because he believed he had an answer to my problem! Thank god I called because he took care of me!!! Thank you James and family!!!

updated and rewired 15 camp sites. the dug their own ditches, put in new conduit, wire, 2 200amp Pannels, and backfilled everything. it was all done verry nicely and in a short amount of time. I will definitely use them aging on future projects.

First used Home Electrical Services 2 yrs ago to upgrade electrical panel in husbands man cave and replaced 2 wall heaters. James told us we didn't need as high a system as we weren't asking for and by being honest saved us well over and $1,000. When a heater went out sooner then they thought it should they came out right away and replaced it free even though the warrenty was over. Their honesty, integrity friendliness and knowledgeable employees have earned them our lifetime buisness. Will definitely be using again and 100% reccomend them..

Although this was the second company I called, it should have been my FIRST! The first company I called in town could not come out for another month and a half to give me an estimate. Hooked up my new hot tub, replaced breaker and electrical box, ran conduit from house to tub. Can’t say enough about these guys. Professional pride is about as close as I could get. Very responsive, professional, polite and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Steve was who worked on my remodel. He was lazy and lied about when he scheduled the inspection. (Inspector told me that) Also, ended up spending close to $1k trying to figure out why my downdraft cooktop didn’t work. I suppose it was my fault for thinking that an “electrician” knew he had to connect two wires and put in a wire nut before closing up the box cover. Definitely would NOT use this company again!

James answered my call on fb after my electrical panel was buzzing. Came out New Years Day to help me out. Super friendly, fast and efficient. This family owned business was recommended to us by a community group called Next door. They are personable, prompt, and explain what they can do and are doing. The owner Jack fixed some outlet problems and gave us an estimate on installing a back up generator to the house.

We had to have our circuit panel replaced in the home we purchased in Moses Lake, James responded quickly and had us an estimate and completed the work quickly. He also had the most organized work truck I have ever seen. Efficient and top quality work, I am using HES again to get my garage properly wired for my wood shop. Waking up on a Monday morning with no water is never a good way to start the day! Called H.E.S. and they were able to make it out in a couple of hours. We needed a part to get our well pump started again and Mark got the job done AND made sure our tank was filling properly. By that afternoon our little RV Park was back to normal. Jim and his team were a huge help while building our house. They completed the work quickly and professionally. They gave great advice to help us save money and comply with electrical codes. I found Home Electrical Services through Angie's List when I needed an electrician for some minor repairs at my home. When I asked for a quote, I received a call from Tina within a few minutes. She was able to add me to the schedule in a reasonable amount of time, and owner Jim Anderson followed up with me in advance of the appointment to make sure he had the right heater parts to fix the heaters I needed repaired.

Cleofas (journeyman electrician) and Jerramiah (apprentice electrician) arrived on time, and both were courteous and professional. It is clear that they both genuinely care about their customers and the work they're doing. I was also impressed with the number of repairs Cleofas and Jerramiah accomplished in a short period of time.

James and his crew were quick to respond about replacing my electrical panel. They were very professional, and put me at ease about being without power for the day while they worked.
