Customer feedback is largely positive, highlighting the professionalism and efficiency of the company's services. Many users reported prompt and effective solutions for pest removal, with specific praise for timely responses and thorough work. Communication appears to be a strong point, as clients felt reassured by the company's reliability and the quality of craftsmanship. However, there is a notable concern regarding a serious scheduling issue where an appointment was missed without notification, which has affected some customers' overall perception of the service.

Very professional and same day service when i used this company for removing a family of raccoons from out door fire pit, even had a great experience getting a little deck work done also in a timely manner

I hired Dwayne to remodel a kitchen for me in Alexandria VA. I live in Naples FL. I had to rely on Dwayne to handle the remodel job including purchasing and managing the other tradesmen.
Dwayne did a terrific job. I would trust him to do any future work for me. When he says he will do something for you you can bank on it.

We had a family of birds attempting to move into our dryer vents. Animal Control had come out 3 times to remove them, and we were at our wits end! Brian from Hilton Home and Wildlife Services was on time, professional, informative, and thorough with his removal of a 17 FOOT NEST from our dryer vent, installing the bird defender (cruelty free, no spikes) over all of our dryer vents, and cleaning out and sterilizing the environment. It's hard to find good service in this area, and this company is everything RIGHT with pest removal, clean-up, and installation of preventative products. I will definitely be using their services whenever the need arises going forward (we have a pond, so it's likely there will be snakes and other critters needing a speedy relocation. Folks, if you need reliable service you can trust, use these guys! Thanks Brian for your hard work and professionalism!

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
