Absolutely do not use these guys! None of them spoke English or even had drawing details or understood the scope of work on a new build commercial construction site. They installed 3 different brands of membrane, got their last payment and then skipped town! They are NOT an authorized installer of Duralast membrane roofing systems and now we can’t get any warranty certifications without replacing all of the roof! They are without a doubt…the worst subcontractor that I’ve ever worked with and performed the lowest quality work!
