Absolutely amazing company. The owner Justin responded quickly to all questions and concerns. Advised us immediately of a problem he found and then fixed it. Pricing was extremely fair. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs and I will be using them again for other projects

High-Demand Roofing is meticulous about detail, efficient, thorough, thoughtful, and kind. Justin & Jerric walked into a "wild" project that I was working on completely open minded and willing to collaborate on ideas. I had first met them through their other company when they finished installing the gutter on my roof. After I appreciated their energy and efficiency, I had asked them if they would be opened to helping me finish up some projects and they were down!

High-Demand Roofing laid my laminate floors down for me in under a day. Then they tiled my bathroom for me in my off-grid tiny house. When it came to tiling the shower, we decided to get creative and play around with some tile designs. Justin was meticulous when it came to every single cut he made with the tile cutter. I loved the way the tile collaboration turned out! Last, after I tiled the "stove area", High-Demand Roofing came back and installed my cast-iron wood burning stove, double-walled flu, and chimney for me.

My off-grid tiny house wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for High-Demand Roofing.

They do incredible work and have the biggest hearts. They are incredible people to spend time around and always clean up before they leave. They make time for their customers, even if it's after hours. I plan to work with High-Demand Roofing in the future without a doubt.

I highly recommend giving them a call! PLUS they give free estimates, which in my experiences, is VERY RARE nowadays.

10/10 recommend (:

Thanks for all of your help High-Demand Roofing and for making my third eye visions into physical reality.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
