This review comes a bit delayed as had a new roof put on the house and garage back in May. Such a great company to work with. But the star of the show was Kendall who was helpful, answered all my questions via email fast and with patience, organized everything to precision, sent out crew swiftly when something needed to be addressed, etc. The roofing crew were great too. Always cleaned up after each day. You won't go wrong hiring High Definition Roofing.

I have had a fantastic experience with High Definition Roofing!
I just moved to Duncan, purchased a new home a few months ago. The house I bought, had a roof that was needing replacement, within 2 years the inspector said. I contacted a few roofing companies, and High Definition responded immediately. They were booking into next year, but a staff member returned earlier from a leave of absence, so they offered me a spot this summer! They sent Nate to do up an estimate, and he was on time, polite and professional. The estimate was detailed and gave me the breakdown of the whole process, and provided a few different options of roofing materials and different warranties etc. I was overwhelmed with the choices, so l contacted their wonderful Office Manager/Project Coordinator: Kendall. She explained the options in greater detail and I met with her at the office to look at samples and talk in greater detail. She was so nice! She's so knowledgeable about all the different roofs and warranties and she helped narrow it down for me. I took some samples home and decided on my roof and warranty. She made me feel so comfortable! I was able to ask her all of my silly questions with no judgment! As a female navigating the roofing market, it was intimidating. But Kendall made it so easy for me and made this process fun and low stress! The prices were responsible compared to other companies and worth the slight increase, because the whole roofing team were such professionals! They showed up on time every day! They kept my yard neat, they worked hard all day and they finished my job faster then they said they would. The roof looks so good! Such good workmanship. They cleaned all my gutters and inspected the completed roof at the very end. We got them to do a gutter extension after the roof was done, and they looked into finding the correct size of gutter to fit our older style gutter, that is not made anymore. It turned out great. I can't recommend High Definition Roofing enough. Nate, Kendall and their roofing crew, were the absolute best! What a wonderful, professional team! (And my roof is absolutely gorgeous!) The HDR crew are doing a new torch-on roof for my next-door neighbor. Team memberJohnny seen that I was attempting a small repair to my roof, he called over to me 'hey want me to come over and fix that for you, it will take me like five minutes'. And so he did! Harrison and his team are super. I can see that my neighbor is getting a top quality roof - correcting all the deficiencies in the old roof with top notch workmanship and a bonus repair for mine. High Def has a office manager named Kendall and she is a rockstar. Kendall is incredibly attentive and patient. Her customer service is outstanding, she has strong attention to detail, she is organized and trustworthy. Kendall always goes the extra mile and she made my experience a 10/10. You'll find me singing her praises from my new, shiny, Malarkey roof! I can't thank you enough, Kendall!

As a woman navigating the roofing industry, I encountered some (OTHER) companies who were condescending, however, everyone at High Def treated me with respect. The crew is polite, friendly, and professional. The lead roofer Ryder, has a great attention to detail and is thorough. If you need a new roof, HD is the best choice. Thanks for a great experience.

Can't say enough great things about Harrison and his crew ! After a recent large rainfall we discovered our new home had a roof leak, we called around in a panic as first time home owners to multiple local roofing companies , High Definition was the quickest to respond, they sent Harrison out the same day who helped us discover an additional plethora of issues on our roof , upon his professional review we decided it was in our best interest to proceed with a new roof . Company is amazing. From phoning in to work done, they were amazing. I would highly recommend them. The windstorm tore our Skylight off our roof. Thankfully it was still intact. Phoned them and Kendall, who was so helpful, had someone out within a couple hours and repaired it. Thank you High Definition for such great and responsive service.

High Definition redid our roof 3 years ago. Very pleased.
Last weekend, we had a leak in our skylight. Not their work. When I was on the roof checking it out, I noticed 3 screws had come out of some flashing, probably due to the very high winds. My wife called them and I dropped by their office on my way home. They were already at my house, fixing the flashing. No charge, no hassle, very polite. Oh, they repaired the skylight leak. No charge, no hassle, happy to do so. We are so relieved and appreciative of their excellent service.

Had my roof done in Oct 2018 and they gave a very detailed quote that had no surprises. We changed the skylights Fantastic service. at the same time. Just noticed that one of the skylights had lost its seal and went into HD's office to ask about warranty and the skylight was replaced in 3 hours!! Fantastic service.

Our leak started in January. The local roofers were too busy to come. High Definition came right away and were instrumental in having our roof repaired in an efficient and prompt manner. The entire company, Dave the owner, Kendall front end staff and all the crew we had working on our roof were courteous, extremely helpful and kind. We had a tree fall on our house in Dec 2018. Finally, about 18 months later, the insurance finally came through! Working with Onside Restoration, they recommended Hi-Def Roofing. Dave came out and gave us a quote, was very detailed, listened carefully to our requests and very prompt. The materials arrived and his crew got to work. They were hard workers, and paid particular attention to my concerns about our gardens as we have extensive gardens (Duncan Garden Tour exhibitor). It was unbelievable the extent that the crew went to protecting and cleaning up. LIterally NO damage a single plant or shrub over the 2 weeks of stripping and redoing the roof. I cannot say enough about Hi Def Roofing (Duncan), the office staff, the management and the crew. Thank you, Dave, Kendall, Allen and all the rest of the crew.

We have been incredibly impressed with High Definition Roofing during the replacement of a 30 year old roof on our new home in Mill Bay. Right from the start they were professional. From providing a prompt initial estimate, to explaining the different kinds of eco-roofing options available, to providing samples to look at - they were easy to communicate and deal with at all times. And as for the finished project, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of workmanship, the excellent clean-up job and of course the appearance of our new Euroshield black "slate" recycled rubber roof! When we lost our roof of our business in the windstorm High Definition roofing showed up right away and saved the day making sure everything was dry and safe. When I visited their Duncan office to sign my contract, the office staff were welcoming, knowledgeable & accommodating to my needs. I was given a 3 month waiting period to have my roof work done, but due to a situation in my life, they managed to fit me in in only 1 month!
